After several funding attacks by the 'consumers union' (aka NVMHCA which is overrepresented in the form of RRWG oscifers, imnsho), the HMS NoVAPeers pbwiki remains a free (as in freedom & speech) press ;-} and hence can be more impartial than anything the official bureaucracy could provide...

The pbwiki hosting fees contributed by NAMI-PW.org remain the only monetary contributions this administrator/editor has accepted despite over a years worth of work valued (at his previously obtained rate of $100/hour for short term technical work for a medical school) totalling approximately $30k and many other ideas snookered by the RRWG.

PBWiki Traffic statistics were not obtained, so only some page view counts (only partially accurate mysteriously stalling many times at 100) remain the only outcome measures available to date toward the new Regional Utilization Management aka RUM. Over 2 hundred page views on this FrontPage were noticed mostly surrounding the FrontPageDiscussion contraversy.

Using the StarTrek analogy below, all known crew members remain alive while many are black and blue ;-} following the MarchMadness funding conflicts...
