and ruined the area,
my grand parents home,
which i/we ended up inheriting
but others wanted to sell
someone(s) had gotten in the house
and drilled through the foundation
and went for very little, RedFin price
and what we thought as a rich area,
rich to us, was poverty,
as in institutionalized poverty
like racism, perhaps, but the other way,

I remember my parents hitting the big time
such as it was, back then, in the
early 1970's? and Beverly HillBillies,

lose the dog, a golden, female with
Hip Dysplasia (sp?) but my best
friend (frenemy stole my PB&Jelly sandwich
running out the door) we were both

Cross Country skiing was a thing,
in places with enough snow that

enough, an occasional storm,
and we outgrow things like that,
size matters on skis, cross and

Fast forward, divorced, couldn't
get along, not sure if it was some
of his drinking, or what, but given
a choice of where to live,
my sibling had chosen to live with
my mother, where was i going,
they couldn't tell, some think your
personality is formed already by 6-8
years old, but having to choose between
parents, no good choice available,
will hurt one or other other,

and got a ride on the back,
much to my mother's chagrin,

too small i was like a Shriner on the thing,
