Introduction/Definition/etc

So several phones were on sale/clearance

and had to take them up to the register to get

more information, though on site open wifi

might have helped, cashier said the

Blu phone was only 16 gig

at more ~$30 and older Android,

the AT&T PrePaid Nokia 31a

with Android Pie was 32 Gig

so went with that for $25

with a surprise e911 charge

added into it, at the register...

Unlocked the security device on the one

i was buying saying i may be back for the other,

and went back the next day,

with a huge run around that they could not find it,

a pregnant sales woman maybe didn't look in the

bottom back corners near the register,

suggested i try again tomorrow,

looking on the app they didn't have it shown

the clearance items aren't well tracked

several places checked,

and something about RFID

and searching the whole store,

but didn't bother,

something about Salvage,

being sent out to be destroyed?

maybe that is what happens,

but likely the comments at the register,

someone, a nice, happy/ respecttul? rare,

girl with a McLean sweatshirt

may have cherry picked it and gotten fired?

Bringing a ;sister' up to the register didn't help,

hair weave, but attitude, most had attitude

and upon arriving the next day,

he's not going to be happy

so knew it was bought out from under me,

though not put on order pickup/ hold,

but made it clear i'd be back,

and then a lot run around and

unprofessionalism, afaict...

So the phone, looking at

very little, later finding the fine

print inside, after opening,

a pull tab like paper opening

to accept terms/ license. LegalSleeze

and may stop working within a month,

as don't intend to buy a prepaid

card and activate, just use as a WiFi

device, but might want to later,

and it's a locked phone, so maybe

might want to put a SIM chip,

in it and do it that way,

they want to recoup the loss of the

relatively expensive phone,

not really, 32 gig and $25

sisn't that advanced a phone

the Android Go versions are intended

for low end phones ,the iPhones

and other stuff is way more,

the Blu phone i later discover

for $100 list but more on sale

for less memory might not have had

that problem, buying a sim chip/

a few/ and hop between networks

say for a trip (GSM World Phone?)

or whatever, sick of

YoureGoingToHaveToWaitSLW2019

or whatever

and stuck for a long time,

not a contract, but not a fair system either,

imnsho...

Modified Text

What's Missing?

clear legalSleeze

terms that one can live with

interesting packaging

all the AT&T prepaid phones look bland

and don't really show the special features

of the model handset you might be buying,

just blue box, logo, etc...

Blu ironically not a Blue packaging

but Red and much smaller box,

with security tag on it,

and seemed like it had been opened,

was not that interesting, and locked

with a security device could not open

the packaging to see the phone,

but weighing or something to see if

it is even in there, packaging complete,

say missing the wall wort,

cable(s), SIM card, etc...

Other USB-C cables

as not the usual ones,

D shaped

(remember RS232 D connectors?)

with spring like things that wear out

and have to get anohter

these might be either direction,

don't care, which way is up/ down

and small,

but the latest is no plug required

and water proof too,

this is not, the back opens

to get to the memory card/ SIM

Dual

BATTERY IS NOT REPLACEABLE/

REMOVEABLE

by users even if you can get to it,

so may kill the device by pulling

it, if that is even wise to try...

Serial numbers DRM and locking

by obscurity my be techniques

employed by multinational corps

besides the usual

OpenDogTags2018

tracking people, especaily poor

with mobile electronics...

What Can Be Found?

Ways to spend money,

old (smart?)phones 2018 date(s)

were there, and not what one might

expect...

What Can Not Be Found?

the Blu C6 for ~$30

back up to $100

and even that one could not be found...

all the while on security camera

at the register, and call a code like

get someone up front,

threats of stealing and other cashier

we can't find it so blame the customer

type illegalities...

Someone should / might / will be fired?

In a sane world, where the cashiers

are not all millenial (sp?) haters,

it could/ would happen....

How To Analyze?

Lenses

Noob

Well it doesn't work like the older ones,

some dumb button type thing

and then the back thing only shows up

some times, and why did i throw away

my old phone? KitKat and LolliPop

ForEver, DudeZ...

Geek

Well history geeks would love

models like this, see, so far behind

the bleeding edge we are,

10 is current, and out,

takes about a ear to make a major

release, and betas, reference devices,

etc...

TeleCom Pros

Not worth our time

5G is where it's at,

if not just plain sat phones...

UberGeeks

Probably already moved on to more interesting

things...

Phreaking...

Well we call from Uber, get it?

/NasalLaughChoke/FartBurp

PowerUsers

Well the Users are Really Losers,

or they would be making money off of the FUD,

so see you in LevenWorth, Dude/ettes...

AnDroidDevs

Not a reference phone,

but not unknown company

to the Security Updates...

DisAbled

Well depends upon the disAbility,

some might be more like

Monk and know more and investigate

annoyingly the details, and ask questions,

Columbo like, catching the liars in all sorts

of annoying positions...

Poor

I just wanted a phone

and now i've lost that too,

the Corp people stole from me again,

seemed like a cheap way to be online,

and then the INS, and InterPol,

and it all got to be quite complicated,

quickly...

Maybe Trump will be ImPeached

and we will get back to NorMal?

General Public

General confusion requiring a sales

person talk where they talk down to you,

and basically abuse you,

verbally and/or emotionally...

Sure you don't want Consumer Cellular?

You do have grey hair,

if any hair at all...

We have some Dumbed Down Phones

for people like you...

I mean big buttons you can actually see,

like the big piano in the Meg Ryan/

Tom Hanks film?

See, Flip this Up and then you just press

number buttons to dial...

One Ringie Dingie,

Two Ringie Dingie,

Three Ringie Dingie...

Yeah, that was rotary,

Party line phones,

with current security someone is listening in anyways...

And it's not PRism, computerized

we had to hire people to keep up with you...

Oh, and toy phones for kids

to pretend to be real people

without calling 911 incessantly

for the fun of it, when you drop your toy/

Blankie...

Assumptions

UnLocked is better,

but maybe more expensive...

PrePaid doesn't require you buy cards,

especially if just trying the hand set

to see if you like the device

before committing more money

than the device to a connection,

use as WiFi...

30 days to try before it stops working is

likely Illegal, imnsho...

IEMI (similar)

and staying in the waiting to be fully

activated with a PrePaid account

given millions of phones, not sure how

many PrePaids floating around the world/

county, state region,

and something better is likely needed

from prepaid/ telecom/ handset/

old PDA/ Android/ Smart/DumbPhone

industry/ies

...

Time Limits

30? days before it stops working?

Sale items can't be found

An OctoCore phone existed in the clearance

area, but that was more than I could reasonably

expect to pay, $100 and didn't go down,

then not even there...

Conclusion

Summary of experience or similar

Fucked with (my french for being messed/

lied to/ snickered at? and other stuff

that one could easily get fired for

if actually SuperVised...)

by sales drones,

tried three of them over two visits

the same returning day

and not much help,

basically ending with

the false accusations of stealing

after having bought and

they could not even find the Blu device,

say it was sold,

or on hold/ etc

but clearance and can't hold them,

(up there with AldiCantFind2019

for lack of corp responsibility

especially AldiAmbiano9In1ProgrammablePressureCooker2019

and/or

AldiAmbianoPressureCooker2019

only one of those worked

(votes for model numbers in PageNames?)

have to buy something full price for Pickup / Hold / Curb etc,

app doesn't really help find clearance,

i don't even bother most times

like

BestBastards2018

low inventory and bother taking a trip,

say with a cab, buses, etc

and costs more than the savings/

device, so

CherryPicking is apparently a store

policy one can be fired for,

but having security devices and people

listening in, have to take it up front to get it

unlocked to even see details of what it

is, what android version, how much memory,

phone MegaPixels, etc

much less all the terms are hidden in the LegalSleeze

for prepaid and/or any other complicated electronics,

and others likely swoop in taking all the research

and travel/ commuting/ etc time and

what had hopes up for,

replacing some broken screen phones,

with something else,

and back to sadistic millenials (sp?)

and others  enjoying you not getting

what you came in for,

while accusing of stealing, etc

when they can't even find what was there

yesterday and said would be back for...

/Snicker, etc

Discussion

A place for feedback on the page presented

What is reasonable for counter help?

security?

store policies?

Online counts?

Locating something you said you wanted?

App privacy?

Free WiFi Online Privacy?

UpLoad Speeds?

Accuracy?

J11 location(s)?

find in store maps?

moved somewhere else,

and only places where clearance

items are, three plus places in the store,

and can't find it, plus the lock up in the back?

Are terms like salvage defined?
