On the rare occasions I get out, anymore,
the last big one a 18 mile hike getting exercise,
doing errands, essentials:
(pay a bill by dropoff at a
Sunday Post Office,
turns out it didn't go out
til Monday anyways,
a 5 day grace already,
sent it on the 5th,
and noticed only then
the company has
an online pay
on their website,
a search before for an app
didn't yield results,
so no help there...
And some other things
along the way:
Looking for gallon filtered water
($0.86 or so) at
and they didn't have it,
having bought $160
of portable water filtering/
purifying things recently,
but have a backup option,
At a grocery store,
recent scarcity buying,
a Pur Water Filter faucet attachment
but it may not fit on the faucet,
the kitchen faucet has a
spraying in addition
to the normal
(how normal aerator,
not sure brand,
i'm in an apartment,
so not really
doing my own plumbing,
and access to free water
filtered tap has
been closed for
about a month now?
since the virus,
so been buying and carrying
3 gallons so far,
not cooking pasta,
rice, oatmeal, and things
that are dried
like black beans,
that take a lot of water,
for now...

they not wanting me to use

not have to do the other stuff,
but have to learn to clean the funnel

to celebrate, by eating/ take out,
which i have not had money,
nor done, in a long time...
Glad to see they were open,
grocery as well as deli type with
a few tables
and chairs may be a good

Parks had a long line of cars parked
but blocked off and some kids
with parents getting out of

I tried Train Whistle,
mostly passing on the trail/
sidewalk (which is an issue
as not really 6 feet apart

jogger earlier, if people look
at each other and look away when
close, maybe that helps keep
microspray/ vapours
from getting on people
and spreading the virus risks?
So while a trail park trip route
would have been preferred
contrary to getting errands done
and limited Sunday public transit

i let a lot of people through ahead

when i got through the line

while someone complaining
in my ear/ nearby,
but out of sight,

A guy cleaning/ moving carts
congregating at the entrance

on his collar, i replied had on the

I wondered how often carts

later seeing my first hand sanitizer
dispenser, en route)
renting for a quarter ( $0.25 in USD)
while free like bags at upper scale
but more expensive HT...
A long walk and only a part of the total,

and getting to be 10am and higher
