Agape Reservoir
Introduction
Agape could possibly be categorized as a mental health ministry, with fellowship, a church dinner, and activities such as bible study, arts and crafts, writing groups, outings and more on Friday evenings.
Special Events
Combined monthly birthday celebrations usually late in the month.
Group Size
Holiday meals sometimes celebrate with up to 130 people, though usually in the range of 60 people weekly.

AGAPE RESERVOIR
Mount Vernon Agape Reservoir Support Group
Meets every Friday at 6 - 9pm (includes dinner and socializing)

Location
Usually at Mt Vernon Presbyterian Church on Sherwood Hall Lane (between Mt. Vernon Hospital, fire station, police station, library and Fort Hunt Road continuing as Morningside Lane to the GW Parkway.
Public Transportation
- Fairfax Connector buses 151 and 152 run nearby along Sherwood Hall Lane and Fort Hunt Road from Huntington Metro to Huntington Metro in a loop route. The disabled fare is 50 cents; the standard fare is one dollar. MetroAccess users may ride for free. Taklng bus 101 instead means a walk of about one half mile.
- Route 1 (Richmond Highway) REX buses, but a long walk.
- Church volunteers are likely to provide transportation from the local community or sometimes MetroRail, if arranged in advance.
