and Shopping, given Shop is a 4 letter word,
not the mechanical, wood Shop for example,
more Home Econ, and survival cooking,
which i haven't done that bad at, yet,
some problems,
found a Vacuum Sealer machine for cheap,
and need other things , out of sandwich bags,
can learn how it works, and do my own,
but expensive supplies by comparison,
reasoning included SousVide2019
a cheap $20-30 device that at purchase
time i thought was a mixer hand wand sort
of thing, but does a water bath of temperature
very accurately, or at least the digital thermometer
thinks it should be, and that wants a water bath,
as anything else would be clogging the heating elements,
so like a cheap little thing we used to use to heat water
boil it for tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate, but not that hot
and better controlled, not bare heating element either,
probably in a cage by now, and big and heavy,
relatively, but wants the food to be heating
kind of like a Seal a Meal, in a bag,
Boil in Bag like Rice stuff, trademarks elsewhere,
but make my own, and maybe even YogHurt
most call yogurt, but old world and maybe even
Brit spelling, idk, a game had it one way,
and lets' make it Hurt since not that good
at microBiology, as HamiltonBeachBreadMaker2019

might indicate, QuickBreads and chemical leavening
used instead, BakingPowder, BakingSoda,
and many use both, but that's for another time...
Got anohter BreadMachine from a Thrift Store,
thinking it was an Advanced BreadMan
having gotten the book, cheaply at another ThriftStore
from BreadMan , the author. TV personality
healthy bread making, and how to yourself,
making machines, and lots of recipes,
but not whre i was going,
Yeast, and cultures, sourDough and my gut,
some moldy breads, annoying to get home from

but likely mold, and wonder why going
to the bathroom so much,
not that commercial stores don't have those
problems, Aldi was in the news this? year
about selling Flour that made people sick,
i'd mentioned it somewhere, iirc,
but only bought kits, found aluminum in the
BakingPowder, instead of RumFord or similar
brands that are Aluminum Free,
but anyways, making YogHurt aka Yogurt
is one way to preserve milk past it's regular

as takes a while, but with a turkey and chicken
not a lot of space, but pounds of salt so
next time the water goes bad, maybe use ice
making machine and do that method, more
for not when having electricity, like a bike
mechanics party/ feast, get extra ice,
10+ pound bag, but need electricity to turn it,
though seen some interesting machine recently
from a list, a carnival type pedal hydrolically (sp?)
moving two suspended bikers one pedaling
and a big welded frame, but i digress...
My biking too much is still a problem,
but not getting enough exercise and being stuck
in has it's problems too, like with depression,
so isolating and stir crazy, etc
before storms really happen,
and when i may get to thawing and using
the whole chicken and Turkey, low on funds,
power outages, though a big brick of ice
so keeps the box cold, longer, the

take most of the freezer space, not much
in there off summer time, otherwise,
frozen water bottles and regular milk
containers keeping it cold longer,
but extra space, bread, like store opens
and that gets big, buying 4+ loaves
and storing them, nuke may kill the good

to someone's potentially well meaning
not cruel, as can't shop much, don't
have much money, by comparison to the
AMI, Area Median Income and left outside,
while consider my next commute,
what store next, just go home?
and make wise decisions,
difficult aftter having had two sodas,
one with caffiene a cheap Cola,
house brand, but $0.25 even warm,
at 100+ calories/ can,
or from another $0.50 + tax
Grape Soda, artificially flavoured,
sticky can, spilled, broke one can
i guess, and found an opened
split pull top can of Spinach in my shelves
moldy/ something, i guess the can falls
and it is split already, so opens,
but not seen, until week(s) later,
and worry about that, can't be PopEye
the Sailor MAn without Spinach,
one grean i don't mind that much,
and already prepared, but no greens
to balance out the food pyramid/
whatever balancing USDA, etc
is teaching these days,
Candy corn, SMores
with Chocolate, normally would not do,
Caramel, is more my style but cheap
Halloween left overs and getting rid of,
Lima Beans, bag of dried and try another
bean, for $0.60 each bag, not sure

mgith be time, but had other things

time, wrote up in February time frame,

commuting, etc demands, snack and
something to buy to justify using a bathroom,
while extremely far from home

him on it, the home of Grinch, some thing i'm
it, so green, not envy more environmental,
and all the police activity, some people

Metro MedicalEmergencies, get this poor person
out of our system, and using ambulances
as human trash pickups, likely killing the person
by financials too, in the same swift police
action, and AreYouFeelingOK?
type poisoning likely too...
