CanAm Spider?
but upon closer examination,
taking a photo too,
an eBike
bucket variety
tricked out for winter with gloves
on the handlebars,
a back board,
and other accessories...

Prefaced by earlier:
Going in the store,
coming from the other/far side,
a basket of kids,
monkeys in a barrel, like,
try to keep them down,
i do my standard
little impersonations,
- thumb to nose, horn like, wiggling fingers, maybe an elephant?
- thumbs to ears, moose like antlers, waving,
- fingers behind head like bunny ears, as someone taking a photo, especially popular, to put something behind their heads, make the photo funny, not serious,
and escape as they respond,
along the wrong way in a one way isle,
salmon like, they call it in biking,
swimming upstream,
the mom is not amused,
I'm not sure what i go myself into...
Continue on with my survey of what
the store have gotten in,
new that i haven't seen,
i haven't bought,
and i might want,
Kinetic sand, purple, the last bag
in an empty box...
hmm, ~$10 for a pound of it,
been wondering what that's like,
how different from regular sand,
and what would i make out of it?
does it stay together?
why not go to a beach instead?

I'm in a relatively good mood despite
the cold, likely in shorts or something,
walked and
I'm still returning carts i didn't take out,
and found a sign with the illegality of taking
carts from the premises,
having done one or few acts of kindness since,
a long haul trucker of misplaced carts,
and found the mother load of carts to be done,
but don't like the store(s) as much,
middle range haul, and if going that way,
a little out of my way,
the Trader Joe's cart girl
nice enough when i had gotten a Pet cart,
turns out PetCo is not PetSmart,
and had to take it a lot further to
what she looked up as Seven Corner
and not the big one, but the Target one,
with a Safeway, could i leave it for a day
or so, too tired, have other things to do,
and wrong shoes (not said),
and before 5am showered and took care of it,
snow and ice on the roads, before dawn,
and a
as i got to the shopping mall,
some cleaning fumes i may have walked thru,
and had to go immediately,
noticing the Alamo Flags are off,
one of them loose,
and call/change the guards,
ceremonial stuff...
using the SafeWay Bathroom,
luckily got there, but some how not in time,
cleaning myself up like a baby,
using the mirror discovered the spot i missed,
but using up the paper towels,
had toilet paper,
had to take off shoes/ boots,
and off goes the underwear,
try washing, rinsing, with hand soap,
and found an extra grocery bag,
taking a long time, only one bathroom,
and i think they wanted to clean,
didn't look like they had,
evening shift and let it settle/ dry/ self sterilize,
or something, and a crowd of staff around
0500 opening, it turns out,
just dropped the cart at PetSmart/ thought Co?
behind the plywood tent Vet sign
make sure it doesn't roll,
other options were by the trash cans,
implying need to clean,
i don't clean them, just return them,
let others do the dirty work,
just haul/ corral (sp?) / doggies,
like with the western like hat...
and high tail it back to home
for other things,
straight and hope not need a bathroom
but see a chemical toilet in a playing field,
but turns out locked, get a photo of that...
for the record/ reminder(s)...
dawn photos, and missing plowing,
route, proof, distance, timing, etc...
steadies like a walker, through ice,
mention that to a lady at one bus stop,
people getting started , but i started much
earlier like today...

nobody obviously biker like but a helmet
is on the bike, so not easy to tell,
guy in Harbour Freight,
guess he's the dad to the kids,
he gets time off, get mechanical stuff,
and she took the kids to the food,
they help choose, he pedals,
not sure how she gets the food home,
or just snacks,
mid day, kinda, maybe partial day,
anyways, i had gotten my water jugs,
using an inner tube to carry, hands free,
might look kinda mom like, two big jugs,
gallon, big cow size, anyways,
walking off near KFC and see someone
going near it up the hill, he starts talking,
and i'm keeping going, he'll come down,
i've got the head muffs/ ear protection
keeps my ears warm, and gets rid
of the highway noise, more like trail
walking than the urbanized jungle stuff,
he tells a lot of stuff about it,
some i won't repeat,
but starts bargaining
first i won it,
they were just keeping it warm,
then bargaining,
he wants a School Server,

and i've kept walking not said anything
only thing i've done is photo,
and look for someone that it might
belong too,
oh and returned a cart nearby,
got a quarter back,

now days after what to make of it,
when hear things like
it will fit in my elevator...
a little too close for comfort...
stalking like?
or some board, tired parents,
looking for a baby sitter/
day care, to get some sanity,
finally a honey moon,
make another kid time off...
Later think the BikeSummit is happening
downtown, some comments from someone
protective like it's rental,
some might be a scam,
idk...
Guy could be practicing sales,
importing and assembling
and referral kickback/ commissions,
doing this in his spare time,
and other good things,
just can't sort it out...
not immediately hence write it up
but busy too...
