So got a summons, unlawful detainers,
and reading the papers, one copy,
no two on my door,
one with my name
and another?

it's just me, what's that about?
And it came as a surprise,
as things seemed to be going ok,
the rental office guy was ok with it,
and paying first partial until thought i would be out,
and then just pay full month
and finally about the free month,
there was a rent strike type thing,
and i didn't want to fall behind,
so paid anyways,
coming up with rent later after spending on other things,
and iirc the lawyer gets a percentage of the amount due,
so times zero and cuts the incentive to litigate against,
which if lose, have to pay their lawyer fees as well
maybe what people are talking about, winner take all?
though wiener seems more like it,
given what usually happens...
So have to look up some of the mechanics of it,
i'm better off if i appear,
but it's a restricted environment,

go places unless i can bring it in,

Cell Phones aren't allowed in,
unless you are on jury duty,
so there's a problem, and as an accessibility aid
for me as well, in more ways than one...

and all of this on a 5G from family
as the ObamaPhone/ subsidized hasn't
materialized and at the last interaction
bulging battery G60 and have to open to
get to the SIM card
and then on the security questions,
and the dumped me out, have to use it,
but it doesn't work and can't get the new one,
a big FU...
Similar double binds, and get a notice
earlier than usual, that they are coming for inspection
starting the first of three days around the holiday
court day...
So that seems like a problem,
and the heat is high, some cloud cover might have helped,
but not so lucky over 90 degrees F...
I'm up the night, and have to get going, if going to go,
skipping it likely means a lose,
and going has it's own problems...
With the heat, and looked up,

Cooler earlier in the day, and when i'm awake,

but over heating, so do the best i can,

need some pockets, backpack and
decide to bike/ inline mobility aid,
it's over an hour walk,
and might have to come back,
i pack heavy, this HP laptop
as may need to make notes and some journalism,
can bring things in, so what of that?
but maybe not push it?
Metal detectors, which i have some experience with,
as a former fed, in and out of those,
like going to the AirPort each day,
but don't have an office there,

Around the corner,
see two goldens, a puppy and full grown,
look a lot a like, almost hit by a bus

and they are pet therapy
cute puppy the girl/ young woman not bad
either, but too young for me,
she has a full grown, but playful,
so not that old, and he has a puppy,
and they get into it,
like finding long lost friends,
some how all tangled up in leashes
and i'm a baggy interloper in someone
else's interactions, they are talking
dog stuff, while watching and unwinding
leashes, there's traffic and others around,
somehow i'm without a dog,
but somehow also get in,
as i've had both a couple puppies
and a full grown,

breeders, pet quality, light, dark,

and flew into Reagan a snow storm

Get near court and across the way,
jail/ detention center/ sheriff's (+f) office
Panhandler asking for money,
i don't have , it's tight,
and stopped buying things mid month
after getting summons, do i even have court costs?
much less lawyers fees, and that losing...
don't have and those bananas look good, but i walk on by... Think what i can do, but not, as have to look after myself too... Maybe another set, after find out some things,... Change for instance, as had to buy bananas with food stamps back in the day, when they were paper, and get / use the change for bus fair to treatment/ day treatment, and a long story , likely parts of it up here somewhere(s)... Lockers and getting in, someone said going to have problems with that and know me, have to read me, there too, ask for a continuance, seems a jail worker? but not guard, maybe going to see someone that's been bothering me, someone followed behind me, and likely got arrested, spitting, incessantly, and dogging me, and likely a woman with child behind too, i'm between them, and he's going to spit on me, and have just been spit upon too? but head was down and no one caught? helmet on ear phones in, didn't hear, nor see, but someone thinks I'm disgusting, while spitting on me? Turns out he's gotten weed and bad weed, so spitting out some of that taste or additives, etc... I'd finally heard Eminem's with Snoop new animated, and likely set him off to wanting weed again, so somehow it's my fault? that someone else does weed? and bad stuff at that? And other problems too, not the first, attacked by staff, and someone interceded, almost half heartedly, his wife could do her under the table, and mean and nasty, i saw what you did? what is that? i don't even respond, she's relatively new and hateful obese and a problem as well FoodAttacksYYYY

But back to topic/ court, someone sent to detention and someone going in knows me/ of writing and giving advice? i don't respond, but i heard it, and trying to do the door, turn off the smartphone , reading signs on a building i've never been in, etc... another metal detector? a temperature check, and is it even open, ad hours for the jail are in the afternoon, and not helpful for what i need to do, so going to have to turn around and go back home? which was why i started so early besides the heat? What else to do in the area? a SubWay right there, and benches, find lockers, right near the door, cameras on there, and change machine, help someone else how to use them, open, insert coin(s) and then close and take the key, i'm having to stuff into multiple lockers, and trusting valuables to a little lock like that? and is the number clearly on the key(s)? Have enough change ? and court costs? / fees? etc? So partially, walk around, eat the bananas, can't weigh them, just locked the portable scale(s) in the locker, but hungry and need my hands back... save the sticker, reminder to log eating, even without weight, use largest banana and minus a lot of peel/stem, etc... A slip today, with all the stress? or would a human sponsor say ok? and someone's watching and grading me on stuff too? What business is it of them/theirs?? and running commentary from? large black women there eating early am, and with coffee/ pastries/ etc? Well, i've got more, and hungry, too, started eating and want more, so have macaroons where i left the bike/mobility aid, so go to that, before lose them... and a woman with SUV with a big box, Oh a case of donuts all for me, and she spills the coffee on top, startled? and i look scary? i apologize and wonder what i can do for her, she says it was free cup, going to happen anyways, but think if she's still here give her a macarron or couple for the trouble? She's gone as i go back around, and seems it's a county vehicle, taking things to someone in prison/ court? So i guess carrying macaroons, two uniformed large black male and Hispanic? woman start talking about the weather, how am i? well it's 90 degrees F so that's how i'm am 90 and feels like age too, he's getting into messing with me, and you should have seen what they did with it? what my stuff? thrown out? or the food at the highway to the homeless guy, well i should go check that out, ate the macaroons didn't give them any, my breakfast, lunch and dinner? and good to get out, walk around, big hills, but worth getting away, not sure what else i would do around there and not for many hours, but get back, dogs between, and fire truck access only, smoker and dog peeing/pooping, put out that fire, may have been poop too, and she's not scooping? And further over two poodles, maybe same as just saw around the block, a poodle convention? but the other is much bigger, standard size? older guy and young woman, flirting? idk, their kids, substitute/ training, i guess, and he may be gay, so not... Walking more uphill, big, find a newspaper, might as well, and a food and lounge area, but decide to go back in, need to check the courthouse, but already left another bag, another locker another 0.75, see what problems at court? metal detector, no line just one woman in front of me, and what of masks? optional, oh, good, that helps, second break of the day... first being lockers open despite gMaps hours i guess prison/ jail visiting hour(s)? in the mid afternoon,... this is going to take a while, patient security, sheriffs/guards, two trays, small drink serving like size, keys, lots of those,wallet, has some metal, and have to do belt, let me see, yeah, do belt, so shorts going to fall down? and i buzz, their worried rushed what is it? and i've forgotten my keys around my neck, and that does it, besides the quarters just remembered in pocket, on top of the machine... and redressing table, take that over there to pack back up, guy near me start talking about watches, he's not wearing one, smart watch, couldn't bring in, mine ecodrive no winding solar no battery to install, nice, there's better... Go up the escalators, skipping the elevators, stay in open areas, find boards, look for myself, find the courtrooms there are 4 there ABCD, and bathrooms? find woman's easily, but where's mens? eventually on the other side... Seems court in session, and peek in, maybe later, bathroom, and water? but only fountain(s), nothing filtered, would have got go buy and through security again... Decide i'll watch court proceedings, maybe learn to defend myself, or at least be less nervous., but for hour(s)? Judge is white, older, but not ancient, like supreme court judges, and he's helpful, for people without representation, he's explaining things, not mansplaining, oddly enough, but procedural, and gets rhough some, only a few left, turns out i guess i can say it's open court, but i'm stinking up the place and he' might be under judicial review/ or something, he can smell me from there? across the court room, and i make him nervous? he's had a problem in court and i'm like that? some stereotype and the WesternState and guy on video screen, looking in from a cage like thing, the women know me, somehow i've funded something from Western state (psych hospital) i'm eventual asked as the first break, called, like did we miss your case? i've got one in the afternoon, civl, and illegal detainer, there were traffic, a woman got her license taken away, and probation, suspended, no problems for a year,and i'm helmetted (sp?) bunny ears, i decided to take it off, wouldn't be allowed in court, like a cowboy hat, some say, they allow/ have to in Texas, and nice hats too, but Texas means shooter, the one previously written about and high stereotyping profiling, and other problems, I get out and walk around the lobby area, bathroom again, difficult carry a little bit, look at handouts on the wall, only one interesting, i might need is how to pay fee(s), and check back later... Go in for more, round 2+ seating, not a lot, some blue dots, but learn later coming back in not doing those, they were 6' apart, and separated church pew type wooden benches, not comfortable, there is some punishment being in them for a while, but don't have to kneel, assuming bailiff (bail+iff), doesn't make you pray to islam/ get arrested/ searched/ something, interesting people body building types, can move people around, if necessary, not exactly guard dogs, but not to mess with, friendly wouldn't be in teh job description, as need to respect and obey, really just obey, no discussion, not the forte (sp?), as that's lawyers, judges, others, muscle and fear? if needbe? intimidation? idk, armed too, i guess... probably and bullet proof vest(s), some had reported what i brought in, maybe what's that jingle, my keys, can't do much about those, pockets full, and best i can do is put hand on chest, to keep from rattling, i'm a little like a cow bell, others know when i'm moving around, and can see me on monitor, and guess the remote/ video conference and see us too, a small courtroom what we are sneding, and i'm likely required reading there too, i cringed at WesternState and the mental health staff/ case workers, explained (WomanSplained?) i'd funded, and we know him, etc... Court i real, and not a lot of people watching, spectating, i'm the only one, people go for their cases only, and wondering if i should make Court my day activity? go report on things? open court i'd be allowed, take a keyboard and make notes? i'd otherwise have to write notes on paper, and that's a no no too? or just can't as can't see, natural light, which is good, reason i'd need a hat/ baseball or other to shield from Fluorescents... So two cases, in particular, maybe three, traffic, and driving sand treatment and any other problems and suspended gets unsuspended and you go in, if i read / hear that right... giving you a break to stay out, if you behave, don't cause other problems, completer treatment, and $1k fees/ fines or similar... Wonder how ASAP is doing, not one of my placements, but likely overheard some of that, i was more treatment/ Detox and Dual Diagnosis during InternShips/ Practicums, now seems a very long time ago, but didn't fit in, and didn't finish, associates degree CSAC not interesting to staff/ management/ hierarchy at dual place, and supervision is paid, i have to pay for it, then the car went, and all that across county just to drive to do errands in North County, some interesting (VanTherapy

But anyways, older Asian woman case contract problems, and security deposit/ some other name for it, escrow like, $5k and a brokerage, she's not going to buy it, as allergic to the coop unit, small dog(s) and she' had to see a doctor about it, testifying and they had a lawyer, on the stand, plastic box next to the judge, up front, and other things like TV i guess, court room layout, proceedings, and open talk from the judge about how, wno't allow, and stopping things, about her financial situation, as inadmissable, like she can pay what her assets are, etc... She's Chinese investment income, it's not, have to live there, and contract clauses, two things doing one or both, they eventually have a projector, and how to use that, technology in the courtroom is interesting, many people have problems with it, and not training times to try it, how to use, like show up before starts, have a couple minutes with it, it's a do as you go type of thing, and lawyers, not known for math, some jokes there, why they are lawyers, not mathematicians/ geeks/ a written/ oral/ language/ v math type skills thing... But projected text i can't read from the back, and don't want to interrupt to say that, just shook head, can't see it, and lost in the verbage too, but stick it out, it might help to have some legal context, what happens to me? do i get locked up that night? somehow disruptive besides my mere breathing being there? in open court? And another case, black grandmom seven grandkid and the grand does daycare/ baby sitting in a one bedroom, she's only one on the lease, toehrs are all visitors, a lot about how many and when they were are there she doesn't have a lawyer, but here daughter might take guardianship, but not in yet, she has a right to have visitors, and had declared them in self affidavit (sp?) property manager (Latino or something? and black assistant manager race is in there somewhere, she's evicted, and there was stuff of the daughter on hand, other daughters and kids, she/they have to work until 11p and about weekends, and a photo from a security camera video, turns out there are two different photo stills shot from that, judge has one, and defendant has a different one, where is she in that? I have difficulty looking up and at the people who have lost, i'm physically affected by the loss, and generally don't look at people, an autistic boy was bullied, and the grand talks of mental health, he kids are her therapy and needs them around, there had been a physical attack in an elevator, preceding this, she testifies, and how that is allowed, procedurally, she can ask and question the property management people, but she wants to testify/ say things, not ask, and the judge tries coaching?, limiting but difficult, the daughter is trying baseball like signals to her on the stand, she's been moved from up with her mother at the desk for defense, had to move back, couldn't control here, and not formal guardian, yet, and bailiff comes and stops that? idk in front of me in the back, and maybe crying as it was going badly? getting upset,... I'm having some problems with it, wanting to so a shout out, would be a court disturbance/ protest? Wondering about predators, people getting places heard about from court, or referring people to places people lost, (clinically called linking?) but also might be good ones, someone decides not to, like the Asian elderly woman, kind and thoughtful, find a use for something took a loss on, and agree to donate, and some work it out with the opposition outside things, coming in what didn't you guys/ counsel agree on? and spend the court time on that part, get help with figuring out? Very big docket for the afternoon, eventually figure out it's cross listed, so for one case usually have at least 2 listings, and can have more, much more. witnesses not listed, afaict, and case numbering/ naming G general court, T traffic? V violation? not vehicle thought violent? C civil?/ criminal? and still a mystery someone may have helped with the judge called the lawyer with only one case first, so sorted by lawyers, i guess saves money if don't have to be in court as long, billing by the hour? instead of case, and pro bono etc... bailiff hand signal/ told to sit down, couldn't stand by the back door to be next, a while later, i nervously jumped (hopped if ears on? but not) seats ahead, there's a permission to approach, iirc, got on deck, comeone behind me i just blocked from seeing? so slide over, still rather packed court room, and got called, get up front, opposition wants a continuance, i say OK? and is that what i want? i'd want dismissed, but didn't push it, delaying may be good, idk, you guys work it out the lawyer will be out in a few minutes... I leave, and wait in the lobby, seem to be the only one there, he eventually comes out, i'm talked down to, you need reminders, he wasn't distancing so not so close, i'm then following him like stalking? i'm going down the escalator and have things across the way, he stops on 2 looking out on his phone, he's trying to take photos of me? he's wanted to invite to eat hummus his wife make it, i say it's usually too spiced, he can't use me for my good name, sounded like the judge intervenes, how he's hearing that, and others get involved, and sounded like got detained/ arrested/ phone confiscated as looking at photos of things in my apartment, /move to later something is sealed, and he get choke holded (sp?)? to give up the phone not before deleting something his wife/ having a baby pictures, she'd kill him if that got out, , i ask him something he claims all sorts of thing(s) i'm a habitual law breaker? like they don't apply to me? well not all laws would apply and he's going to use the call phone record the conversation or take a photo of me? he's listed All Occupants that's a lawyer trick strike one oh we're playing BaseBall and i just get out of there, i had been told i need a lawyer and to talk to the apartment office, the new woman has been poisoned against me by the outgoing guy, likely fired over this and arrested several times not following orders to leave me alone, may still be in, or lawyer had instructed the guy to fill it out that way, claiming im' a criminal, which he did to get it higher priority, but is untrue, so a lie and could have gotten it thrown out on those things, but didn't etc... Complicated, and a very hot day, things to do on the way, and he's trying to arrange the office to talk to me on the way back, but i'm needing to be away from people, and still day(s) of inspection(s) ahead, plus holiday weekend, high heat, storm(s)... Get food , prepared was there, previously guy told by the office not to give me any food, discrimination again, said he didn't have any while one in his hand, moving around between bags, apparently calling ahead if late, and they have higher priority than those standing in front of him? I just left, was going out to a grocery store, my vegetables and didn't get back for a long while missing the end of it, which was about then anyways, ... Cooling on the way back, said i could go somewhere, but can't yet, afaict... Some miss/ non communication and other issues going on, lied to, and gaslighting? or what, idk yet, but not immediately evicted and other things to do, besides getting all the few minutes of what was said and happened down completely, in the right sequence basically correctly... for some values of $correctly.. and that is just my side of things, older writing(s) format would have other Lenses/ perspectives, but just writing off the internet to a file, and not getting spell checking, link lookup and other niceties, so will see... Blowback from writing about cases in open court, threats of being sued, and other issues, but mostly down and tired, stressed and doing this as therapy too, medical records might be private, sealed and protected, but putting stuff up about an open/ pending case, is risky, but the learning and how's it going type updating those concerned, nosy and other stuff, worried kids, mostly, can't say don't worry, that wouldn't be accurate, but at least some things to learn about, court, procedures, process, etc... other jargon i probably don't know, decorum? not wearing a hat/ b. Ears in court? but why is a judge's robe allowed and not any other identities? roles? a very hierarchical and therefore difficult if not dangerous place for me, and likely others to be, emotionally/ psychologically, etc... Much less privacy, and various forms of security... But i digress and third strike at least for digressions, change of course/ writing path(s)....
