Introduction/Definition/etc

In record time, only a week, went from joining

a field test, spending so many hours with the "product",

trying it, putting stuff up, adding my address book,

or parts of it, to being excluded,

so virtually don't exist to at least 60 people who

recognized me, when most would not,

face to face, in person...

Body

Looks like I'm being voted off the island...

I'm DancesWithCars, and Google doesn't like my name,
my chosen name, not my given name, and the only
name most of you know me by...  All 60 or so of you
that have graciously added me to your Circles.

So, in case Google thinks I'm violating "community
standards" a convention I've had no say in creating
(remember Google your "Do No Evil"???)  I'm not a spammer,

though my name has been used that way,

(I'm not alone, there is another DancesWithCars,

though from, well googling, she passed a way,

and was on the west cost, seemed like a nice lady,

into theatre and probably dance...)

I don't make money at this (while I'm sure Google does somehow)

I may post things people don't like, video of a person taken down

(from standing to cuffed or equivalent) by local police,

object to exclusionary policies of bike advocacy groups

I'd been with for years, and other things, but to question

my name, and require proof (read heavy german accent "papers!")

when I respond, it not the google I had hoped they could be...
And as a Brand, I don't see them being in any position
to question given names vs Brands, vs chosen names...

Good bye cruel world, or at least those that police
this one.  I uncircled the likely culprits,

thought they had the right to be included, to my demise,

but the effects upon me are likely permanent.

One more reason I didn't join Face Book,
never attended Harvard, though know people who did,

and will have to question even getting mail.google.com
for the last 6 years or how ever long gmail was in beta...

Kicker/ killer is that I can't even send the goodbyes

by the same means (plus.google.com) as they

have silenced me...

So maybe it's really minus.google.com?
