Introduction/Definition/etc
Some experiences that seem like hate, brewing,
and needs to be addressed...
Body
Biking
Bicycle to Reston, then lost around Herndon,
on to Chantilly and Manassas, then returning,
nose dripping, and stop for soda, asking the
DugOut
counter help, and basically get next to no help,
and a lot of attitude, like from a guy who may
swing bats at mailboxes, people, etc...
People claiming they have to do their
assignment, which may be an exercise
in hate, if from Palmer, and GMU's
After the Welfare State, fueled hate
based stuff... While Fairfax and Arlington
and others tout their AAA bond rating,
the underside, is the illegalities, that
many don't see, disabled, minorities,
sometimes in a power of authority,
(can't seem to get South Parks'
Eric Cartman's playing a cop on a big
wheel out of my mind...)
though not much, abuse it,
and hate people who stop by for
services, or what someone called
a HateFair, instead of HealthFair,
like behind me at Mott Community Center,
led there after the DugOut guy may
have been fired, probably a coach
or similar, calling the guy out on what
he was doing and trying to do to me...
There are sick people who would enjoy
this, all the problems a poor and disabled
person might have, and try to get an
honourable mention for some problems...
Someone trying to follow me on the almost,
or around 70 mile ride on Saturday could easily
have health problems from it, I wasn't doing
that well, sniffling, from shorts, cold weather,
and nose running from the conditions, but
here is a tissue, please wipe your nose,
not here is a bat to the face type attitude,
and while I turn around and do something
to your drink top, or drill out your teeth,
while claiming to know you, (but we have
probably never met ) starting to
wonder if we have rolled back Civil Rights,
Human Rights and basic morality,
instead of progress, like Hate Crimes
seen on the Police Blotter,
some more flagrant than others,
spray painted anti Muslim stuff on a place
where a crime occurred (theft, iirc)
but smaller stuff, leads/ may lead to that
if not countered, which many did,
but other times didn't...
Anti Catholic, and other intolerance
stuff has happened in the US history,
and people with too much time on their hands,
likely kids on spring break, and other stressors
(sp?), lack of stress and supervision, just breeds
problems, imnsho...

Attacked there again, on a rainy day,
low attendance and other attempts
at exclusion/ control and some rumors
last time of the funding is cut,
I control the money for the group,
to counter the tyrant chair attacking even
presenters, can't hear No to a funding
question, because it goes out to bid,
and we present elsewhere, even though
it has been on the agenda month after month
(Bennaker Park near EFC metro,
actually in Arlington despite the name...)
biases experienced, and others monitoring,
so when someone came in and said
"you killed my kid", and other responses,
likely out of bounds, (or maybe making
named people personally responsible
for the deaths, would make Vision Zero
Matter and actually considering lives lost,
not making it a user problem, the driver/
rider/ walker didn't know what they were
doing, blame them, type of we don't care
attitude...
Even the 12th Street bridge in Crystal City
redo, joking on APA people coming out,
last I knew they were in Rosslyn
getting the Creative MalAdjustment
rubber chicken test from MndFreedom
and others, subtle nonverbal attacks,
and other issues, eliminate, or hope to
eliminate people from having a say
in how money is spent, while advisory
Robert's Rules of Order, getting what
is assumed to be agreement,
we are the best, while not allowing
nor even calling Opposed?, Abstain?
others to speak because silenced
attacked earlier in the meeting,
speaking up / sit down and shut up
or we will get you type attitude,
and other threats, are the norm,
not the exception, afaict...
The kids end up inheriting the
infrastructure we create, and they
would not really be emotionally
safe there, the gang like problems
there, like a bicycle found out
by the trash while riding the other
month, before the weather was good,
and some people coming out, a grandmom,
likely Muslim, and kid, not wanting to be
located/ identified, and I pump up the tires,
the kids bike, and say I'll take it to Phoenix,
the requirement, likely from onlookers that it
go to a Muslim girl, as the donators (sp?)
were/are and what to keep it in the family
type stuff, Phoenix will not accept an
earmark for a religion, so I did not donate it,
and didn't talk to the people afterwards,
despite passing by many times...
The religious rules are tricky,
you have to be of that faith to really
understand it, afaict...
Looking up some stuff, like is there a female
Iman?
Finding a movie about a Muslim girl
and a bicycle, the first female director
in Iran or similar, but it's on NetFlix
and I haven't seen it...
Some say bicycling hurts at that young
age, might be the seat, growing private
parts, and geometry, but the social stuff too,
young female, strict family, and a neighboring
jurisdiction's kid bike mechanical program,
with their non safe space type stuff,
and I wear the Phoenix Bikes T shirt
to the ArlBAC meeting, had it on
earlier in the day, I bought mine, to support
the cause, when I felt better about it,
and happened to be what was around
to wear that day, kept it on later,
and basically falling asleep by evening
meeting times, boring jargon filled
insider only meetings, with personalities
overriding common sense, terms not
defined and being talked above, around,
ignored/ chided, and group laughed
at/ ridiculed with smart ass comments
I don't even hear, when I do speak up,
then responses from elsewhere,
like Virginia, Love It or Leave It...
as if they define who lives here...
So shutting down that advisory meeting
may be the answer, for now, restructuring
another way, making fun of a Google
StreetView with ADA intersection,
and calling it old ADA and rebuilding the
area, ignoring and attacking some people's
responses, BikeDC went under there,
I'd ride up top, to avoid that complicated mess,
the segregated area, with bike lines and
pedestrian instead of multi use trail type stuff,
width assignments, where to put the trees,
"something for the dogs to do" simplifies
riding, as dogs not startled by loud noises
under bridges, and if the dogs and kids are
happy less obstacles for others to ride around,
get entangled in the leashes, bump into people,
and just ride on the street, too, is an option,
we don't have to use the bike lane,
we can use the road, bicycles are an odd
mix of part pedestrian, part vehicle,
and can be either... Central Business Districts
being an exception, some places, some times,
they don't want bikes on the sidewalk,
as too many pedestrians, likely there already...
But consider what the other side of the curb
is like? Busses, Taxis, people distracted by
looking at the skirt/suit/sales/ advertising/
food place/etc
The use times make a difference too,
rush hour, lunch hour, conferences getting out,
weekends, holidays, seasonality,
while they may close the route (read road)
to an event, like a BikeDC or later DCBikes,
after someone may have died, and ambulanced out,
one year, other issues like a kid bikes
out to a bunch of bigger kid's playing basketball,
and maybe sprayed, sold/given drugs/ didn't
want his park to change, "he finally gets the rest
he needs" (me: in a hospital, really?)
"he played his heart out", and ended up sick/
dies/ goes in ambulance
which didn't seem to be in any hurry,
no sirens, no rush, maybe just plays
indoors with filtering the air and hay fever,
asthma, etc... /IDK
But betting his bike, and other challenges
easy walking distance to EFC MetroRail, and
predatory type stuff a possibility too...
Making a safe space, for all to participate
is an issue, in many places I go,
the typical cisPig, and other male dominated
issues sometimes happen, shops and
mechanical are full of people who have tools
and think they can pound on people the same
way as metal and mechanical stuff, not unlike
computer people who give commands to
machines all day, and bark orders to
wetware, thinking that is the way it is,
but wetware is not hardware, nor software,
and other issues beyond the scope of this
diatribe...
Landlord
Unfortunately, haters may be closer than you think...
BugPeople
Used to harass people, and given unfettered access
by virtue of their job(s), for which they may be qualified,
or not, with little supervision, basically contract hit
people for the landlord, applying/
treating bugs, and think you are the bug...
Virginia Tech is the state certifying authority/ trainer,
so redneck, of any race/ religion, and seem to have
many different and disparate answers to the same stuff,
depending upon whom you are dealing with,
one person will say one thing, and the other person,
from the same company will say the opposite,
so basically torture techniques, with deadly
chemicals, unregulated, afaict...
Recent report of a man in Arlington
when the Sheriffs' office pulled up/knocked,
they heard a gunshot, and he apparently killed
himself instead of eviction...
Some sick people, likely around here,
probably enjoy that stuff, and try to make
it happen, instead of a caring / loving
community where people are helped
not hurt, intentionally, callously, and
repeatedly...

Unresolved issues, unable to report,
as police reports are notoriously biased,
they are poor, we don't care/ serve
that area, and predetermined guilt,
got to thump those people
into submission type attitude,
even bike police, starting around
the time the hypothermia shelters were
closing, and more policing the parks/
trails, getting out of the cruiser, office/
courthouse and you may see what people
without badges, guns, etc have to deal
with on a day to day basis, and wonder
why people don't wear more noses,
carry robots, as entertainment and
engagement assistance...

Summary of experience or similar
Having met some people with high emotions,
and feeling cold afterwards, remembering about
six months later, and given the hate rises
this time of year, with taxes, Spring Break,
people failing out of school because they
partied, and didn't study, college acceptance
letters, and other seasonal problems,
like BreakUp2016 , MadnessAboutMarch2017
MarchMadness
MarchMadnessPartDeux
and many other issues, like Prom, lack of summer
jobs, no food in the summer, when schools out,
as free lunch programs may not extend to out of school,
unlike the feeding people type radicalism in earlier race
relations (Black Panthers?)
their might be a hate watch group, like SLPC
Southern Law Poverty Center, or similar,
and some anti bias type stuff, that needs to be done,
locally, regionally, etc, before it gets worse,
if that is possible...

or are the courts similarly biased towards

How do you learn the difference between
back when you were a kid, soda machines
in government spaces, and now water,
Gatorade (sponsors), and stuff with caffiene
(sp?), as they went healthy, and the usual choices
I grew up with, are not really around anymore...

sites I go into anymore... Similar contractors across
all the jurisdictions, afaict...
If the Courthouse area allows the bicycles to
go into the ArlBAC meeting space, would
an unknown school where the focus group/
presentation would be held?
Or is it a pedestrians/ drivers/ rail users only,
type of barred admission and have to leave
your valuables outside, to be messed with
further? Basically No Bikers Allowed
type discrimination...
How does Parks and Trails interact?
Would a chair for an advisory meeting be
putting people on the stand and questioning,
interrogating, cross examining and treating
as a hostile witness/ criminal all people
in her perview (sp?)? Wouldn't that be labeled
unfriendly, and not within standards of conduct
of the county?
