Making your own,
can learn what sweetness/ sugar,
and fat levels are comfortable,
with food issues...
Ice milk is technically not ice cream,
nor sorbet, etc, but including in there anyways
until i get better at it, then maybe try splitting it out?
Time Limits
It might melt, you never know...
But in book form and DIY
maybe have a chance of making
more, learning the care and feeding(?)
of the ice cream itself...
