OnOurOwnOfFairfax [County] is OPERATING, and has been for a long while...

Arlington is starting up with some rumored facility delays...

Prince William Drop In Center is renamed Trillium and been operating for a long while...

Other smaller projects are operational, and the grants process makes it a little difficult to keep up with all the funding cycles and current status of each... Which is why the base system is collaborative, intentionally allowing others to self report [, but socially difficult to get the cooperation?]

DRADA dissolved some time ago, mostly DBSAlliance.org does many of those functions, but without the strong Johns Hopkins connections?
