but there are other deeper meanings,
at least to me,
including MadNess itself,
and Alaska like BreakUp
when the ice thaws and
people states change about as much
as phase changes of water

At least two instances early in March,
along South Columbia Pike
while walking at night,
doing errands, ending by about
just before midnight,
Near a bus stop, in a entranceway,
to a bicycle shop,
near a new Pie shop,
Acme? cargo bike at Farmers' Markets,
got a Brick and Mortar place, yippie...
what looked like a wallet? keycase like
fold over and zip, but not male,
with a grocery bag, kept going,
normally would take a photo of it,
but didn't rushed, and tired,
and wanting to get stuff done,
not get into a lot of other city
stuff late at night,
perhaps foretelling what the
days/ nights were/ are like,
coming back after an all night
grocery store where there were problems,
kids and handicapped, maybe sprayed,
at the register, and party time,
but not enough security,
suddenly sick feeling,
while money coming back,
cash used, and likely a way to
get someone to forget/ leave/
collapse, heart attack?
but sudden, overheating?
and other problems, keep going
thru the store, warm up, cool down,
timed stuff, even wearing shorts,
on cold winter nights, regulate
heat with speed and other variables,
like island hopping store to store,
and/or other warming locations,
but not public transit, still a problem,
and don't take much, at all,
not never, but likely problems,
predatory, more than most,
including those who work there,
transit union, like the ran over my feet
a hit on me, a Muslim torture,
from what i looked up later,
crushing injury on feet, which effects
blood flow, like cutting someone/things
tendon's mobility and waiting for the kill,
can't get away, likely when couldn't get
around in the first place, a sadistic
torture too, as around 9/11 anniversary,
call center laughing about it,
and upcoming Columbine and VATech
school shooting anniversaries,
grade reports coming out,
tax time upcoming, and
other seasonal and societal
problems, of hate and violence,
protracted...

Walking along,
two suit like dressed
Mediterranian? Guys along a wheelchair,
guy walking three abreast chair
and someone on both sides,
tries to get my attention
Sir, Sir, or similar,
a little later a flash,
near an intersection,
which may have speed
cameras, but i don't think so,
seemed like he tried
taking a photo(s) of me,
maybe hoping i would turn around
at his voice?
trying to blame me
for what ever was going on,
i had passed them,
narrowly getting by a wide side walk,
and think he may have been delivered to
an Urgent Care facility, it was late enough
we consider it a sickness,
if you're sick you should see a doctor,
I was born this way,
they did this to me,
he did this to me,
perhaps having problems
including paying for medical care,
who doesn't these days
and most
but forced to go,
and likely transported by the goons/
bouncers, off duty?
non uniformed police officers/
Muslim BrotherHood?
and/or some other nastiness...
I think there were traffic cams
at intersections,
and while possibly used negatively
to stalk me, as walking,
also might have some record
of walking past, and then a flash,
and faces of the guys, much less
the probably victim, the disabled guy,
who may be someone i've seen at an
all night drug store, seems familiar,
and with a heavy set lady,
never saw the guy, this instance,
just from voice qualities...
Cleaning up the streets, and other
we are better/ religious/ self ordained,
and controlling, Gustapo (sp?) like
that you might think of with AltRight

some morals, that are not all shared,
like they are better and determine what
happens with someone born to different
circumstances, and may have been
trying to take you the trash,
in a wheelchair...
Ambulances and fire trucks?
also were going by, with COVID-19
and March MadNess BasketBall,
likely drinking and other problems,
of a late night, Saturday, iirc,
but could easily be another day,
Thursday, Friday, etc,
A few blocks later, while still thinking/
perking, wondering if i should have
intervened, two to three against one,
down a little hill, at an intersection,
what looks like a moped
is down and heavy set helmeted person
nearby, Would you like help?
meaning Righting, lifting the bike?
but have to know what i'm getting into,
lifting is one thing, but causing more damage
another, some general information
new to riding, gear is new,
helmet bright, riding gear not,
lights off the bike, keys in it,
but is the steering column locked?
what damage is there to it,
even if righted up, could it be driven?
insurance and other stuff
later thinking sensors know if down,
and other problems, all sorts of things
not just a lifting it, issue,
but causing more problems,
i've gotten help with getting a heavy
bike up, and one person alone,
late at night, might be other problems
a setup, like the previous one,
camera and not liking/ wanting to be on
camera, and ambulances, violence/
muggins, worse, drunk driving, etc...
Turns out it's a MotorCycle a Honda,
not a model i know,
but with short leg length,
which may have made me think moped,
not one I would be familiar with,
Spring Rider Training classes,
similar if not exactly the same happen,
and shortly thereafter, and March 1
some insurance think are the riding
season again for Moto,
I'm more all year, but taking a break,
as usual stuff to do,
and cross training building up leg strength,
walking, pedaling, need stuff on that,
more errands, still not done,
waiting on parts, etc...
So BlueTooth helmet,
she never takes it off,
not a pull up face,
modular they call it,
white Bilt helmet, I've got at least one
from them, and other brands,
over the decade(s)...
including a red face mask one
hand me down with the bike,
but head size, and age out too,
likely destroy them, as not safe,
and not try to use, but getting historic
too...
Anyways, new gear, drop a bike
try not to break other things,
not upset, likely glad for the help,
but some things not right, it seems,
told a little of why there, i say an
odd intersection, steep hill, stop,
embankment, and curves,
leaning forward, being one,
wrong gear, down shift,
but shift onto handlebars
and weight in front, when
taught (off road, most training is
flat parking lot, not a lot of hill climbing,
and other real world skills taught
drill and practice, i've dropped a bike
in class, and still passed,
cold mostly, early ,
first class of the season
get the license, second class had to have
your own bike and out in Loudoun (sp?),
also community college,
AdVanced Class...
had bought some thing cheap by then,
and a little too small, but got me around,
though not that great for I66, small
and speed limited at about 50 mph,
much less thrown around by truck
wind, etc...
So husband pulls up, she says
it's probably him or similar,
i have a flash light, looking things
over, check everything to see if
working before decide to pull off,
let him know of things,
he's curious about me,
it seems, who / what is this guy?
i didn't really know if female,
but guess might have,
and then find married, not that i care,
but seems like a set up,
domestic situation,
don't get involved,
she seems to know of me,
maybe my protection,
something up ahead problems,
and clearing the street/ safety
sweep, and maybe i'm to be a god father
to a child she just found out,
guessing after Valentine's Day,
preggo?
carrying child and riding?
PeaNut and other stuff,
Pay it Forward, do i want anything for it,
but so many topics thrown around,
he's not riding, we're going to BikeWeek,
Florida, they may still be showing my
photos at community college

my road trip down south,
and out west,
and why am i not riding,
all sorts of questions, and not why
i was out to get questioned,
maybe blaming me for helping?
he was at the intersection,
caused ,it, calling insurance,
once up, not in the right gear,
turned to go back up hill,
may find problems later on,
righting it,
i'm ok i was helped when i started riding,
Manassas has rutts (sp?) like the million
dollar bus stops, concrete pads,
big heavy buses and trucks
pulling off make deep wells,
but not full pot holes (yet)
has surface intact, kinda, but can't see
as dark asphalt, still not broken surface
just really really wavy, and difficult to see..
so up to several inches deep indentations
etc
plus you need to build up riding muscles,
drill and practice at class, riding to get a license,
and checklist to ride to Florida, etc,
metal ammo case as tool kt,
but plastic breaks, weapons require
metal cases, and other issues,
weight distribution, a little weight here
or there and a different handling / bike,
almost, entirely different, a full tank
and sloshing around 6 gallons at the top
of the pendulum and you can be thrown
a bit, especially if the tank is odd shaped,
so many are up high, and cone/ dome
shaped, so slosh a bit, 30 pounds say of gas
at a high part of the bike
i can think of things to check,
find excuses, but can at the same time
give someone shit for dropping a bike,
the standard joke is I always park it that way,
(probably a Harley, search you tube lifting bikes)
as if done intentionally and
start thinking another setup...
Harley fallen on hard times,
CEO changed, had just read,
and other issues...
So past the place that was close for floor
cleaning, and other setup on the way out,
attacks previously about that time,
and dangerous late, and drinking and kids
and gangs and other,
get home get my errands done
and back to bed, had woke and was
relatively fresh, showered to go out,
but warm enough walking around,
dried enough and some clothes,
exercise like, but keep going get out o there,
and off the street, my safety vest,
yeah, you might need them
and Bilt has had them/ two varieties,
thinner not to be found ,and buy when on sale,
coaches and trainers/ instructors wear them,
added visibility, and could be put on
the bike, bottoms of bike sides of bike
especially when down, and an oncoming
car/ bike/ pedestrian, no lights on
wouldn't have anything to reflect against,
dark bottom and reflectors, lights
turn signals and brake levers, clutch lever
all things that typically break,
buy ahead, and take with,
having a spare, waiting on parts,
and even if don't put on yourself,
likely to need another and show stoppers,
trip enders, infinite delays,
much less deliberate sabotage,
say at a bar and people trying to steal the bike,
and trapped, much less female and attacked...
/cutting room floor
touchpad and end up sliced and diced lines
that may not match,
interleaved...
but still
waiting fofr the ash,

Time Limits
Traffic Cameras are likely backed up,
for a certain time, on a cycle,
of maybe a day, week, month,
year, etc...

Summary of experience or similar
Life's little mysteries,
can't go back in time,
do overs, but some after action type stuff,
riders can try to proceess with other students,
say kept in touch with them,
and/or ask instructors after,
flat class environment, what about hills?
reread the sections on stuff like that,
but likely not even in there,
rules and regs, but not there,
each is a unique situation and you're
trying in real time to solve physics problems,
and until you are doing it automagically,
and late in the day, tired, in the dark,
when people have been out drinking,
tired from whatever stock market crashed,
people stroking/ myocardial infarction, etc,
my stock just went down as the Dow went
1000 points, lost everything, the lost of
nope bought a bike before the market tanked,
etc, and planning our first big trip,
etc...
Guy with a bicycle, headlight, and waiting to see
what the bike was, rental, what headlight,
riding late at night, blew thru the stop,
not a lot of traffic, but let them pass,
get going, and watch , better to wear
reflective, construction safety like gear,
but other demands on time and money,
laundry to do, bills to pay, still, etc...
