So next Gen,

like male pattern baldness

genetically it skips a generation (?),

My father served,

at least one grandfather served,

(not sure how far back

nor voluntary/ draft, etc)

i kinda did,

but not in the usual way,

work for, not in,

which for a lot of things

doesn't count,

No Basic,

No UniForm(s),

No VA Benefits,

though my father didn't use his,

besides getting a Ph.D. afaict,

and not sure that the benes allow that now,

but may depend on which version of the GIBill

you/they came in under...

But mostly,

can't say much about stuff,

which is a pain,

literally,

but what we are fighting for,

and how we may be seen overseas

but kinda like spitting on a grave

at this day and time,

After perhaps almost dying the other day,

heat stroke and problems like that,

only 80 degrees out, forecast?

turns out to be closer to 90,

did 50+ miles, a little shorter than some,

but a lot more than others, the problems,

were mostly mid day, with warning signs earlier,

and not having the resources

to pay my way to A/C,

and not feeling welcome

No Bikes in Store,

not something I want to patronize,

feeling like an outside dog,

day labourer,

temp/ migrant worker,

left out to die,

and not supported nor appreciated,

and even the uniform,

the head shopkeep likes to make fun,

though i generally don't think it funny,

saying i'm out of uniform

if i don't have my clown nose on,

but haven't seen her in about a year?

So do ignore that or down the ladder/

chain of command/

trail of abuse and evidence,

disobey an order/ ignore a sign,

i didn't even see on the way in,

or more circular reasoning/

Old H&I Westerns and Guns

Recent early morning TV shows,
