Technically piling on is an offense
in American FootBall, where a tackle
is made, and other players jump on the
pile, creating an unsafe condition
and possible crushing injuries
and/or death for those on the bottom
of the pile...
Other means of pile, including
Gomer? (Pyle?) may become evident...
