Some anniversary stuff, and more of the same...

So, likely trying to catchup on MourningPages, and some other milestones of the world, not that my insignificant part of it really matters, but the ether is big, and can probably accommodate, until the WayBackMachine is full, or similar... 

Some reminders of years gone past 9/11/2001 happened, so long ago, but kids are growing up that were after that, remembering what it was like before we were attacked, like PearlHarbour and generations before, we don't really know the history, WW2 turned out one way, the BigWar, the War to End All Wars, and then again, for the Second World War, plus Korea, Vietnam, and the other ones, Cold War, with some other issues...

But more Middle East related,  Iran, Iraq, Afgahanistan, and others, Arab Spring, Syria, and more than I know, as don't like to see the world in such a problem, with depression and other issues, more than one can handle...

Some may remember where they were when they heard Kennedy was Shot, MLK was Assassinated, and later when the Pentagon, World Trade Center and Flight NXY went down, for some value of NXY, because other planes have gone down, before and after, just this one clustered with NYC, and Pentagon, the last headed for the Capital Building and the passengers took over the plane, while calling their homes before death, and getting the job done, to their credit and demise, crashing in lower Western Pennsylvania, near where I've been, years past, now with a memorial site...

Scully, a New York Plane crashed/ landed in Water and saved, the Pilot, named Sully/Scully, and/or similar, now a feature length movie coming out and a way of looking up to someone.  Others, less/more patriotic, and Snowden, Edward, with more controversial feelings on such stuff, traitor, betraying, causing all sorts of stuff problems, getting agents in the field killed, etc, changing the game, supposedly by whistleblowing, but not always so sure, ratting out the country, it might seem, but Prism, and other national, international monitoring systems, known as spying, and opinions vary on that, both in and outside the beltway and communities...

So how has your life changed in the last Eight (8) years given the cycle of Presidents, now Clinton (Mrs. Senator, the Honorable, faulters in the heat, dehydration cited, but start feeling sympathy for her?), while Trump, owning building and in the real estate game early and one of the top dogs, favouring Putin and other former allies, then enemies, then allies again, like Japan, and times gone by...

Wonder if that will, ever, happen again with Middle East type stuff...  Some support Israel, the Jewish State, others disagree, depending upon Religion, started, intentionally as a Jewish state, IIRC, but Arab/ Islamic States, a function of names, quickly considered ISIS, and enemy, radicalized and Jihadist, but not really certain, because all such things are so foreign, and counter, and different to your average WASP, (White Anglo Saxon Protestant), basically white bread and some others...

But others are growing, Trump, recent news say /pontificate are targeted, by Trump for votes, and likely other ways too...  How can two white people, one male, one female, both rather insiders, of one variety or another be so different, from the one past, a black man, first of his kind for rise to Presidency, and isn't it a letdown, to have something so , now plain, and boring, though a woman as president, and/or other egotists, like Trump and Mrs. Clinton, to fill those shoes, as they say, with a local boy, Kaine, as VP...?

Not much focusing on Trump's Second, was that named?  Is there a VP candidate in the Trump camp?  And/or have I missed it, trying to stay out of such stuff, really sucks, typed that and corrected, but MourningPages don't allow corrections, some how I have to, pen to paper, keyboards clicking, letting it flow, ride out of me, and gets tiring to type, type type, when not used to it...

There was a point to all this, mostly discovering the point, and wrapping up, how does this world change without the attacks and violence?

Peaceful transition of power, the sales pitch for the USofAssholes seems to be, many more Assholes than most might meet, many around me (even without Matt Lower (sp?) and the drunk US Rio swimmers incident(s)), seem to revel in being so, missing the HD final, but two out of three ain't bad, got some of it, just collapsing for the final one, I'm usually awake before, and tried staying up for it, but too early, and then down, having been busy before, and many times don't have the energy when an event comes around, why I'm not usually involved in making them happen...

Kennedy Center Open House anniversary, likely happened, 8 years and 9 years previous to this week, been reminded, and might nto be the one(s) I wrote about, but reminders of years past, some good, and some bad... Feelings of problems having my feet run over, right before 9/11 anniversary, going to RRWG meeting by MetroAccess sent taxi, and still having pain in my feet, never really operated on, just checked, by xray, shot up with drugs ,and forever crippled further, limiting movement, and likely a terror related attack, more attacks have happened, to me directly, this verbage making me further a target, some protections likely, but seemingly inadequate given, that it happens almost daily, sometimes a few times/ day, other times slower, not exactly sure which perpetrators are doing it, seems to have a pattern, and frequency, and locality, and pointed towards some others, whack a mole likely an issue, as is the forces being a part of it, calling in a problem, calling me a problem, and NIMBY Not In My Back Yard type issues increasing again...

But having such problems in my back yard, not really a yard, but similarities exist, with proximity, comes problems, and can't we all just get along type issues, idealists, and fanatics, religious and otherwise, not that MH advocacy, and other advocacy (cycling, etc) aren't similarly rabid at times, but also something people don't necessarily understand, brought up one way, though not very religious, many find it later in life, after their parents depart the planet, and Our Father, Who Art In Heaven, might need some revisions, might not be in Heaven, could be Purgatory, Hell, and other non existent places, but Father, being a Minister/Priest type term, implies, perhaps, not all have a biological father, in their lives, and/or fosters, unknowns, looking for forever homes, on this planet, and not, etherial, and other world ish...  New Age, was n't really me, trans, and other music, give Enya and others some play, but calming and serene helps sometimes too... Other times, instigating, and Boring, the kids and others, after the first week(s), of back to school , and back to the grind, to get thru the rollercoaster, water ride, and other analogies, of getting back to the down fall, of season change and only so many weeks/ days/ hours before Holidays again, finish Labour day and plan, post 9/11, and Elections, not forgetting Halloween, and Columbus Day, and other minor things like ThanksGiving and XMas, and/or whatever religion and non religions, plus non denominational, Kwanza, and other belief systems, traditions may help with the changes in life, both yearly, decades, and intergenerational, to survive, it all...

None really concluding, it's just past, not processed, not final, and not clear, just time marches on, some for the good, some faster than others, but this too will change, slowly, fast, and/or just different, idk...

What was/ is your experience of the 9/11, the rememberances, and the tragedies?

Where were you?  When it happened, and how did you cope?

Are you further complicated in grief, trauma, etc, like the transportation guy, and others shown at this time?  Still victims, others recover faster, and less damage to start, so how is that remembered and forgotten at the same time(s)?

PTSD, and other anxiety stuff, I'm not that good at, blunt, some call triggering language, trying to be clear, and get it over heard, and loud, and obnoxious, likely what some sensitive people might think of me,a boar and bore, same stuff over and over again, uninformed, not a media geek, watching everything, and other elitist type top of the food chain consumers of information, while being an information junkie type, not that political type, too wishy washy, changes with fashion and time too much, to process, absorb, etc...
