Perl Cons are low cost,
for some value of Low,
free if register for some workshops, etc

But free in some other ways,
though not fully FREE as in FREEDOM

for some reasons,

I've been manually doing a Video to SlideShow
like conversion/ attempts with many videos
i've been watching , many with closed captioning
mostly wrong/ error prone,
i feel for deaf, what is translated/ typed

i don't see how many would make sense
of the world that way... much less pass many
classes, and many in this con had/have
accents, nothing wrong with it,
just the tech isn't there to get the transcript/
ClosedCaptioning right, many didn't even
have it on, possible...

Lightnings were broken up into individual
files, about 6 minutes each, as 5 is lightning
talk limit time before gong,

And didn't see combined on the second two
days, individuals only?
There was an opening, as mentioned above,
