Suggesting the following approach...
Questions
1. Why it would not work?
- Long complicated process...
- Not well understood.
- No Peer position yet to support application and administration of projects.
- People too busy with other projects and holidays to participate.
- Difficulty getting the word out to Individuals as well as groups who might want to start something.
- Lapse funds taking from existing proposal projects, when efforts should be back paid to at least July...
- Unstaffed RRWG
- Lack of fiscal agents for startup orgs, which RRWG might be able to do if it became incorporated...
2. Why it would work?
- People need money to do recovery projects
3. How to simplify & Streamline the process?
4. How to increase participation in RRWG & still keep it manageable?
