So at a farmers market,

I know of most of the booths there,

but a new/different one,

kind of thinking on my next activity

and she starts talking to me,

said I was staring...

 

So asking for personal info

while in suburgatory...

 

Reliable transportation?

 

I'm wearing bike clothes with my bike,

have two small portable but damaged

robots with me, worried about them

and me with an imminent threat of rain /storm,

with hour+ just to get home,

though that was not the plan,

(trying to decide if an

~80 mile day was plausible,

much less routes without a map,

no data plan, etc)

...

and

something about the encounter was off,

many would think it me...

(I might think society,

local and more global interpretations

of same...)

 

Extra room?

Quiet assumed to be agreeing,

somehow...

 

Getting towards hard selling techniques,

it seems.

 

Another interaction

nearby turned into threats,

and maybe my crash...

 

So a hostile environment,

it seems,

with all my personal info out

for public consumption and worse...

 

Someone thought

it was doubling up...

 

And lots of other things mentioned,

maybe some helpful moms

and others behind me listening in

on to SHTF (NSFW) reactions happened

uncontained (clinical term) suggesting I was

likely sprayed, and attacked,

Alt, gang, and other problems,

Protection schemes, etc...

And ambulance/fire truck(s)

heard on the way out...

 

Plus a big dead deer by the road,

a while later,

not cleaned up,

again...

Conclusion

 

Summary of experience or similar

 

Seems like a trap,

the parent trap,

plus housing race condition

(competing approvals,

adding a family member,

subsidized hurdles to overcome

on top of disabled day to day living

issues)

up there with something that made

60 Minutes or so,

a travel scam,

back in the day.

They weren't selling the travel

but services, non existent, for travel.

 

This one foster agency,

with a ~110 year history in Virginia,

asked about child attributes:

race

hair colour,

eye colour,

age,

gender,

Etc

 

And i started to wonder about stuff

Ayran Nation stuff

Were the mostly white upper middle class

people slave trading?

Have immigration problems

under Trump

gotten so bad that they give up their kids?

are deported?

and the kid stays in the states,

born here, let's say,

and in the system,

widely maligned,

as a workaround/kludge

to much larger systemic

problems...

 

On the other side,

choosing attributes that

blend well with those

already in the family,

say red hair kids,

fairly rare and recessive genes,

birth parents are still doing a crap shoot

of what the kid will turn out like...

Eugenics and other nightmarish scenarios

have existed for a while...

Just gender choice is about 50%,

naturally...

And some keep trying

until get one of each,

difficulty of all sorts,

plus there are so many

in need...

 

 

If a starter marriage,

given 50% of marriages

don't work out,

basically the odds of a coin toss,

and the rationale for some,

religious and others,

is for the children,

then how is/does parenting,

and in loco parentis really work?
