Introduction/Definition/etc

Recent events around the region, and likely world affect what might be happening, on a simple commute in the oppressive heat....

Body

As I've gotten older, bicycling has become more cumbersome, particularly in the heat...

But other avenues of transportation have been diminishing, like TrackSafe, or whatever the current incarnation of public transit improvements are likely being marketed...

So along the regional parks system, there are deer, sometime,s and on the way out, there was  a little deer, printing across the trail, and lots of people seeing it, as it was approaching trail rush hour, being a busy time, mostly weekend early hours given the heat.  Previous deer had been seen in that area, and unbeknownst to the animals, four footed ones, the Deer Management Program Fairfax does, is starting up again on September 10th, with Archery being the main part, supposedly within certain guidelines, certain times before sunrise, dusk, away from trail sections, from blinds, etc... Having not made the meeting/ public comment time on that, we, likely other people who like deer, but don't have a lot invested in shrubbery, landscaping, nor hunting licenses, and a way of stocking our freezers with wandering fattened up livestock, which many think are cute playthings, similar to Bambi and other anthropomorphized stuffed animals like deer, bear, Koala, meerkats, heavy bassed Kia drivers, etc...

So along the way was a lemonade stand, I stop, ask if it's free, as I could not if it were not, and the lady, seems to be implying that it's donation based, for legal reasons, having been warned or something about it...

I accept a cup from a young person pouring and handing, and then find out more...

Having stopped in the heat, and before a trouble area, the mother, presumably continues to say how much they have donated, bragging really, about the non profit, food pantry I ask, but it's international, so I don't know it...

A few weeks, if not less previously, some others had put a table out along the trail, and seemed to not like what someone does when not sure, which is put their accessiblity devide that direction to remember to stop sometime, and buy something on the way back... Well comments on that one were that the kid was doing community service, likely imposed by the parents, and didn't want to raise a kid which has been doing what has likely been done to me, many times, attacked by people pretending to be human (lawyers and judges excepted, as their legal training may make it mutually exclusive (IANAL, nor do I intend to be despite rumors that I got someone into law school. possibly referenced this writing/ drivel, and maybe saying they wanted to work on issues raised here, and/or claiming, falsely to be me, and the other rumors of I would be invited to Harvard to explain some of what I'd written... While there is from Homeless to Harvard, already, It may be the religion department, which I have little connection to personally, professionally, nor spiriitually, 

Proceeding on, despite typos, as in Mourning Pages as someone so kindly harassed...

Well, as Reagan used to say, a way of pausing while thinking, as some might have to have their hands on the keyboard at all times, during test taking, say typing tests for proficiency, and the current focus on academia...

Season change can be a Beach...  Spelling intentionally vague and incorrect, given the age range of likely readers, some hopefully screened for content before use in schools...  While this is educational, this might have a PG-13+ rating, as most of my stuff requires some parental supervision, but no mechanism likely exists for doing that with this system, as of yet, locking it down, hidden pages, until can be edited, approved, ratified, redacted, and censored....  1984, according to some, might already be h ere, with the release of Snowden, the Movie, and other stuff, coming out biographies, of people, being a selling point , as our current political leaders and processes, may be leaving some wanting, especially burning out on the politics, down to the wire, until the fat lady sings, as the sports analogies seem to go...  Not that current candidates are fat, just saying Opera, might be a good way to rate when the performance starts and stops, in politics and elsewhere......

So seeing Fat Bottom Girls on Music Choice or similar, I think it best I try doing 30+ miles, knowing I'd had some problems with one section in particular, after 10 am, returning, in the mid day  prime heat problems, but not heat advisory forecast, at least as early I had to get ready, late to go...

The likely republican, but maye means well mom, seemed to be helpful, but demanding of something, and others came up behind me attacking, and not called off, likely people from elsewhere,  there was a road crossing nearby, and cars parked, some others seemed to think it was private property, I get hooded, while attacked, claiming all sorts of things , like I would not be physically harmed, was physically safe, etc...  If Gang, Terror, Immigration etc issues similar to what has been mentioned here before, and/or hunters trying to make a killing, including predatory medical systems, killing people on the grounds of a hospital, maybe dropping a dime, on people  they don't like, required to report people, say immigration status, could they pay their hospital bill?  While maybe technically a charity, INoVA and likely other receiving federal and other supports, turning people away, is risky business...

Forgetting the hospital money name of funding streams, likely what went from state money to private enterprises, while claiming to be a catchall system when times were down, fiscal crisis, back in 2008, and other recovery type issues, finances bad, deaths worse, and related lack of funds for paying for care, gun sales go up, thinking all sorts of self protection issues might be happening...

The kid is asking for money, while cute, and I mentioned it, not able to pay, and then a stream of harassment, trying to take a pound of flesh from me, emotionally harassed and abused, at one of my lower points, and risking all sorts of things given, while pthers might be around, might be a gang, might be people with political aims, and just plain hunters and haters, looking to get even for previous writing(s), including the hospital and other killings, police shootings, VTech and other tragedies, say 9/11 victims, and maybe evne cancer survivors doing their pot in the public parks, someone brings some weed, and others vape it, and dose an unsuspecting person, and/or crack and other inhalents, including fumigants mentioned, used on people like me, claiming I'm a bug, tick, etc...

While rabid animals have clipped heels / ankles, ankle biters, etc along parks and woodlands, risking rabies, shots and painful stomach ones at that, IIRC, I've even had fleas/ jiggers and other types of stuff, on ankles without even the chainring injury, attacked near Fathers' day, day before, someone running off claiming I'd gotten them fired, and that they got even, in broad daylight and with crowds around...  Pushed out of the way, even when rolling around, someone helping left the bike, but others enjoying in a snobbish way, probably based on apperanac,e other issues like CritMass and hating people bicycling, before Vision Zero and taking seriously injuries to people in o ther forms of transit....

But I digress...

Issues related to selling drinks along public accessways, on public parks, and then claiming it was private land, maybe some easement and other donated to parks, have a right to use, but conflicting with other people's safe use of the trial, do you have a safe pull off areas, similar to park scenic overlooks?  Are kids involved in selling?  What protections are available for them?  Work permits required?  What taxing , and who audits/ gets the money?  Are receipts available?  W hat is the franchise like arrangements?  Do people really get the money donated?  What are the administrative fees involved?   Better Business Bureau invoved in complaints?   What jurisdiction is involved along the regional parks system? What about approved vendors?  Girl Scouts allowed to sell, put up signs, to detour people to sales of packaged sweets?  Fuel for the trip?  Emergency K or C rations to get out of town?  What food safety procedures were used?  Are you a home cottage industry, selling private financing on how to start up, and / or selling drugs illegally on the side?  Kin of like they seem to think a way around giving pot in DC? and /or other places...

But I further digress...

If you are hospital candy strippers, are you secretly selling hospital services as well?  Improve your image by marketing at farmer's markets?  Runnign/ controlling/ and/or making money off of claiming people are sick and unable to drive/ walk/ run/ ride and function in society, basically Virginia Taking the Trash Out, for some value of Virginia, and Trash, as variables, what people think should and should not happen, based on religious and political and other views of what an acceptable human being/ and/or animal (read deer, pet dogs ok, but what about the snake, needed to take it for walk, it keeps down the rats/ mice/ other problems and the goths might like it, not to mention the vamps...)

Well, someone seems to have further attacked, by video taping it, some kid, likely older teen seemed to hid in the shadows, thinking the attack was kewl, and probably uploading, maybe even a stolen cell phone/ smart phone recording the whole affair...  And that goes up on a school server, how we got even or having to read that guy, known from here, and/or elsewhere, but trying an agenda, which is not really part of this...

I do not require this as reading for school, be angry with your teachers/ parents/ others for "having to read me" in law school, middle school, health class, alternative education, home schooled, etc...

Attacking people for giggles, can get you arrested, jailed, tried for attempted murder, as well as poisoning people, claiming, falsely that they need help, trying to create a crisis, on which to force treatment, and other predatory actions, even those less than baiting people on the trail with cold sugary liquids, only to attack them when they do no give in to forced  demands of money, property, writing about them in a favorable way, and other extorsion, and blackmail, leading to further following/stalking/ false reports, etc...

What requirements do you think should be in place for putting up a lemonade stand along a trail, on a warm day?

All goes to charity?

What of the percentage of people who cannot pay?

Do you then demand their property, say their bicycle as lien against an non required donation?

Do you then claim they are a danger to society, kids, the parks, humanity, when melting down over your bad parenting and lack of security when the place goes wilding?

What time of day/ week/m onth / year/ etc is reasonable for  said activities?

Warm stuff along a trail to help keep from hypothermia?

Is it also a public outdoor feeding site, like food wagons for the homeless and poor living in the woods,  given no other options?

What of the deer?

Is that a major tourism attraction?  Like for the national parks?  Say see a fox in it's natural habitat?

And/or a bear, say at NIH , the one that got trapped likely inside security, which has tightened over the decades, since an open campus...

The Maine Seal/ Sea Otter/ named Oscar? or similar, find reference...

Rockport Maine, had a celebirty wild affair, a pup seal was adopted, it imprinted on a man, and they became close friends, wife said he had to clean up after it, if let in the house, daughters, of a young age, likeydd it, and years later, lifesapn of a seal, after it was put in New England/ Boston harbour, aquarium, finds it's way back up to main, until getting too old and blind to do the trip, sightings and some sort of built in GPS finds its' way back year after year, and performing tricks, almost circus like for money ,in the harbour, honorary harbour master, the human was a real one, afaict, need to find Andre? the seal references from the 1970's, which I may have missed at the time, not sure, but other logging and Rockport/ Camden documentaries are interesting too, and not so cute, don't make as much a mess on the carpet, and don't grow to hundred or more pounds, not to mention shark and other natural predators, unlike unnatural ones, we create in society with hatred of those who are different, one way or another...
