Given the heat and other problems with transportation, someone, in a path of backed up vehicles stalled in the heat, one luxury type car door open under a new bridge, in stopped traffic near a light and some young female shocked looking at me, I asked if the young lady was OK, she said yes, and I kept going.
Further along outbound Columbia Pike, and possibly drunk at a bus stop near Walter Reed Drive, she said someone was dragged likely to their death, leaving a trail of liquid all the way, someone else yelling look behind me, and that I was to blame, you caused that, maybe Forrest Gump like to cancel the Trump rally (I didn't know the Donald (duck?) was there until afterwards), and too busy to look at weather forcasting/ radar of thunder storms approaching, maybe my last time to ride in such a thing, others travelling from much further away and had better credentials to participate...
Second Class Citizens SlumLandlords, or wannabee dictators/ tyrants/ inexperienced manager(s) are given too much power over vulnerable people aka stately "our most vulnerable citizens",
disabled in particular, and set up a situation for someone(s) to die, likely me, but maybe others too...
"this is how a blind man dies" and "death declared at " 00:Dark30 or whatever" and "I owed you that" overheard as someone was spraying me, I couldn't breath with something smelly, likely poison, maybe something else, an effort to torture me out, not the first time, nor place, boundaries like keeping others out of your unit, away from your windows, open or not, the haters take as a challenge to further harass, annoy, rob/attack and exploit...
So financials are required of subsidized and Republicans and others have been SomeOfHowThePoorIsKilledByTheSystems2012 fighting with violence at Trump (and other ?)
rallies...
If a person/consumer has to give 3+ months of bank records to the landlord and jurisdictions' housing authorities to requalify then a gatekeeper/ manager wannabee, hater(s) and potential murderer would have things like where the person normally goes, for food, meds, safety, etc, how they spend money, how they get there, and a lot more personal details than most would be comfortable with, does the President, Congress and others have to submit such stuff? Are the receiving people vetted, screeened for background well enough to handle such personal information?
Verifications aka Investigations, ala stalking, somewhere between CoIntelPro and harrassing to death (Ian Murdoch of DebIan fame, RSS guy whose name I'm still blanking on, Aaron Swartz (check spelling) etc), maybe use the old political trick of investigate yourself to see what dirt people have on them, really asking for an email and zipcode and / or requiring one might be enough to get enough GangLand like stalking information, and easy Want You Gone/ Rub You Out type options (read as veiled death threats)...
But I digress, into reactionary ranting, people don't care about the poor as they might have in say the Great Depression, and in friendly rural areas, as I recall, since many people now want to be Gates, Trump, _insert Sports Star, Famous, Celebrity or even killers, like the Florida Gay Bar Attacks/shootings outdoing VA Tech Tragedies scoreboard/death/body count, talking about it is natural, but depending on how far you are from the Norm, Standard Deviations like, (read Harvard's UniBomber?) what backlash there is for even mentioning it, someone calls in on you and the ambulance, with Mobile Crisis Units, Tazer Trained Police, plus social services, lumped together as people with nets for BirdMan, etc

Maybe it is just the heat, and social stresses of kids being out of school, late senior pranks, but like Detention Centers people without good safe/ sane future plans are dangerous, to be around... More so, perhaps than a prison, where their history, routine and set future is likely already determined, for the forseeable terms...

There is more than one way to skin a cat, as they say, an idiom of how people take fur, when really 'they' don't mean to hurt pets, for the most part, but cruelty exists, and men, Neanderthals included (anyone not voting for Clinton? /Joke )
