VOCAL Network Conference

Most other NoVA advocates were not to be found at the end of the annual VOCAL Network (as usual when difficult things emerge) to reply to questions of RRWG status to the other state consumers, so Jerry stepped up ('Springer' made an appearance as well).  A question on PatrickSnow's death was responded to as well.  Interest in creating other regional entities (central?) in the state may have been sparked.  RegionalRecoveryHowNotToDoIt might be instructive to those considering a similar path. VOCAL reported this impromptu status report in newsletters and got most of it right.  Audio, video and some pictures were taken but left unprocessed in a summer moments of silence following PatrickSnow's death.

In other news, VOCAL Network had a dance with DJ, which reminded this writer of the CWC 'pimp hat' and associated hospital ER visits from the previous summer's OOOMD state conference and C&O Canal bike tour experience.
