Considering with web design how the menu items would appear. This will also give the components and make the website(s) easier to use, design and manage by modularity.

Specific project sections could be menu structure.

Since the website is being funded by the RRWG perhaps the service areas (now called small workgroup, but perhaps subgroups) are a starting menu structure.
