So got a summons, unlawful detainers,
and reading the papers, one copy,
no two on my door,
one with my name
and another?
All Occupants
it's just me, what's that about?

And it came as a surprise,
as things seemed to be going ok,
the rental office guy was ok with it,
and paying first partial until thought i would be out,
and then just pay full month
and finally about the free month,
there was a rent strike type thing,
and i didn't want to fall behind,
so paid anyways,
coming up with rent later after spending on other things,
and iirc the lawyer gets a percentage of the amount due,
so times zero and cuts the incentive to litigate against,
which if lose, have to pay their lawyer fees as well
maybe what people are talking about, winner take all?
though wiener seems more like it,
given what usually happens...

So have to look up some of the mechanics of it,
i'm better off if i appear,
but it's a restricted environment,
i've been there, for
JuryDuty
DayLaborors (check exact page name and linkify)
and once besides that,
plus some traffic a long time ago,
in the old building? now BoozeMan?

and now others are doing meetings,

as a wheel chair equivalent, i've said i don't

Cell Phones aren't allowed in,
unless you are on jury duty,
so there's a problem, and  as an accessiblity aid
for me as well, in more ways than one...

Looking up papers for the court,
pulling down some of the PDFs
and all of this on a 5G from familu
as the ObamaPhone/ subsidized hasn't 
materialized and at the last interaction
bulging battery G60 and have to open to
get to the SIM card
and then on the security questions,
and the dumped me out, have to use it,
but it doesn't work and can't get the new one,
a big FU...

Similar double binds, and get a notice
earlier than usual, that they are coming for inspection
starting the first of three days around the holiday
court day...

So that seems like a problem,
and the heat is high, some cloud cover might have helped,
but not so lucky over 90 degrees F...
I'm up the night, and have to get going, if going to go,
skipping it likely means a lose,
and going has it's own problems...

With the heat, and looked up,
conflicting information,
don't bring cell phones,
a model program, allowing cell phones,
but not this jurisdiction,
though some reforms on Virginia,
just not yet?
there are lockers across the way,
but checking those, there not open,
so a lot of uncertainty and that's just accessing,
much less the Case...

Cooler earlier in the day, and when i'm awake,
so need to get going, and dress how?
if i dress court, that would be formal,
but over heating, so do the best i can,
t whirt and work shorts, with pockets,
need some pockets, backpack and
decide to bike/ inline mobility aid,
it's over an hour walk,
and might have to come back,
i pack heavy, this HP laptop
as may need to make notes and some journalism,
can bring things in, so what of that?
but mmybe not push it?

Metal detectors, which i have some experience with,
as a former fed, in and out of those,
like going to the AirPort each day,
but don't have an office there,
so other problems...

Don't remember much, so took the time to
read my last interactions/ experience there,
JuryDuty was the main one, iirc,
but have to look up the other,

Seems better written than what i've done

at first ignores me, i guess i'm a sight,
she doensn't know, maybe metro,
and i almost giggle, 
trying to pee onto the third rail?

I think of CVS and has a bathroom,
escalator, check upstiars,
and not seen, some doors, but not toilet,
or allowed, not labelled,
and go back down,
had stepped around a woman low,
stocking on the way in,
tried to breath the other way,
not masked, not required there is it?

Nock on the door, someone comes out
then, staff? or works nearby mecdial like?
Luckily no waiting...
Pee, clean up, and what of handles,
door handles and getting sick?


Buy two bananas and the cashier wants
me to interact with here,
and Indian? i don't want to,
nobody, just a machine and pay,
leave me alone, but bananas won't
scan, so have to use a human register
place and she's got attitude,
Indian class system so many people
and somehow she's above me in status?
working as a clerk, representing the store,
and getting to be apu QuickiMart?

Around the corner,
see wto goldens, a puppy and full grown,
look a lot a like, almost hit by a bus
crossing the street?
but get there in across traffic,
counter flow,
and they are pet tharapy
cute puppy the girl/ young woman nto bad
either, but too young for me,
she has a full grown, but playful,
so not that old, and he has a puppy,
and they get into it,
like finding long lost friends,
some how all tangled up in leashs
and i'm a baggy interloper in someone
else's interactions, they are talking
dog stuff, while watching and unwinding
leashes, there's traffic and others around,
someohw i'm without a dog,
but someohow also get in,
as i've had both a couple puppies
and a full grown,
and some background,
breeders, pet quality, light, dark,
almost irish setter, my second one
skinny and dark, closer to irish setter,
and flew into Reagan a snow storm
with all those pppies,

Get near court and across teh way,
jail/ detention center/ sherrif's (+f) office
don't have and those bananas look good,
but i walk on by...
Think what i can do, but not,
as have to look after myself too...

Change for instance, as had to buy
bananas with food stamps back in the day,
when they were paper, and get / use the change
for bus fair to treatmtent/

Panhandler asking for money,
i don't have , it's tight,

after getting summons, do i even have court costs?
much less lawyers fees, and that losing...

Lockers and getting in,
someone said going to have problems with that
and know me, have to read me,

ask for a continuance,
seems a jail worker? but not guard,
maybe going to see someone that's been bothering me,
someone followed behind me, and likely got
arrested, sptting, incessantly,
and dogging me,
and likely a woman with childl behind
too, i'm between them,
and he's going to spit on me,
and have just been spit upon too?
but head was down and no one caught?
helmet on ear phones in, didn't hear,
nor see, but someont thinks im disgusting,
while spitting on me?

Turns out he's gotten weed and bad weed,
so spitting out some of that taste or addditives,
etc... I'd finally heard Eminem's with Snoop
new animated, and likely set him off to wanting
weed again, so somehow it's my fault?
that someone else does weed?
and bad stuff at that?

And other problems too,
not the first, attacked by staff,
and someone intercded, almost half heartedly,
he wife could do here under the table,
and mean and nasty, i saw what you did?
what is that? i don't even respond,
she's relatively new and hateful

someone sent to detention and someone
going in knows me/ of writing
and giving advice?
i don't respond, but i heard it,
and trying to do the door,
turn off the smartphone , reading signs
on a building i've never been in,

and is it even open,
ad hours for the jail are in the afternoon,
and not helpful for what i need to do,
so going to have to turn around
and go back home? which was why i started so
earaly besides the heat?

What else to do in the area?
a SubWay right there, and benches,
find lockers, right near the door,
cameras on there, and change machine,
help someone else how to use them,
open, insert coin(s) and then close
and take the key,
i'm haveing to stuff into multiple lockers,
and trusthing valuagels to a little lock like that?

So partially, walk around,
eat the bananas, can't weigh them,
just locked the portable scale(s)
in the locker, but hungry and need my

large black male and hispanic woman
start talking about the weather,

he's getting into messing with me,

Go up the escalators, skipping the elevators,
stay in open areas,
find boards, look for myeslf, find the courtrooms
there are 4 there ABCD,
and bathrooms? find womans easily, but where's mens?

Seems court in session, and peek in,
maybe later, bathroom, and water?
but only fountain(s), nothing filtered, would have
got go buy and through security again...

Decide i';ll watch court proceedings,
maybe learn to defend myself,
or at least be less nervous.,
but for hour(s)?

Judge is white, older, but not ancient,
like supreme court judges,
and he's helpful, for people without representation,
he's explaining things, not mansplaining,
oddly enough, but procedural, and
gets rhough some,
only a few left,
turns out
i guess i can say it's open court,
but i'm stinking up the place and he' might be
under judicial review/ or something,
he can smeel me from there? acdross the court room,
and i make him nervous?

the women know me, somehow i've funded
something from Western state (psych hospital)
i'm eventual asked as the first break,
called, like did we miss your case?
i've got one in the afternoon, civl,
and illegal detainer,

there wer traffic, a woman got her license
taken away, and probation, suspended,
no problems for a year,and i'm
helmetted bunny ears, i decided to take
it off, wouldn't be allowed in court,
like a cowboy hat, some say,
they allow/ have to in Texas,
and nice hats too,
but Texas means shooter, the one previously
written about and high stereotyping
profiling, and other problems,

I get out and walk around the lobby area,
bathhroom again, difficult carry a little bit,
look at handouts on the wall,
only one interesting, i might need is
how to pay fee(s), and check back later...

Go in for more, round 2+
seating, not a lot, some blue dots,
but learn later coming back in not doing those,
they were 6' apart, and separated church pew
type wodeen benches, not comfortable,
there is some punishment being in them for a while,
but don't have to kneel, assuming ballif (baliff?),
doesn't make you pray to islam/ get arrested/
searched/ something, interesting people
body building types, can move people around,
if necessary, not exacdtly guard dogs,
but not to mess with, friendly wouldn't be in teh
job description, as need to respect and oby,

intimidation? idk, armed too, i guess...

i cringed at WesternState and the mental health

i'd funded, and we know him, etc...

Court i real, and not a lot of people watching,
spectating,
i'm the only one, people go for their cases only,
and wondering if i should make Court my day activity?
go report on things?
open court i'd be allowed, take a keyboard and make
notes? i'd otherwise have to write notes
on paper, and that's a no no too?
or just can't as can't see,
natural light, which is good, reason i'd need a
hat/ baseball or other to sheild from Flourescents...


So two cases, in particular,
maybe three,
traffic, and driving sand treatment
and any other problems and suspsended
gets unsuspended and you go in,
if i read / hear that right...
giving you a break to stay out,
if you behave, don't cause other problems,
completer treatment, and $1k fees/ fines
or similar...
Wonder how ASAP is doing,
not one of my placemtns, but likely overheard
some of that, i was more treatment/ Detox
and Dual Diagnosis during InternShips/
Practicums, now seems a very long time ago,
but didn't fit in, and didn't finish,
associates degree CSAC not interesting
to staff/ managemnt/ hierarchy at dual place,

and took my Ticket To Work/

so no safety at all, lose benefits...

But anyways, older Asian woman case
contract problems, and security deposit/ some other name
for it, escrow like, $5k
and a brokerage, she's not going to buy it,
as allergic to the coop unit, small dog(s)
and she' had to see a doctor about it,
testifying and they had a lawyer,
on the stand, plastic box next to the judge,
up front, and other things like TV i guess,
court room layout, proceedings,
and open talk from the judge about how,
wno't allow, and stopping things,
about her finanical situation,
as inadmissable, liek she can pay
what her assets are, etc...
She's chinese investment income, i'tsnot,
have to live there, and contract clauses,
two things doing one or  both,
they eventually have a projector,
and how to use that,
technology in the courtroom is interesting,
many people have problems with it,
and not training times to try it,
how to use, like show up before starts,
have a couple minutes with it,
it's a do as you go type of thing,
and lawyers, not known for math,
some jokes there, why they are lawyers,
not mathemiticians/ geeks/
a written/ oral/ language/ v math
type skills thing...

she's evicted,

on hand, other duagheters and kids,
she/they have to work
until 11p
and about weekends, and a photo

turns out there are two different

judge has one, and defendant has a
different one, where is she in that?

I have difficulty lookiing up and at
the people who have lost,
i'm physically affected by the loss,
and generally don't look at people,
an autistic boy was bullied,
and the grand talks of mental health,
he kids are here therapy and nees them
around, there had been a physical attack
in an elevator, preoceeding this,
she testifies, 
and how that is allowed, procedurally,
she can ask and quetsion the property
management people, but she wants to
testify/ say things, not ask,
and the judge tries coaching?,
limiting but difficult,
the duaghter is trying baseball like
signals to her on the stand, she's
been moved from up with her mother
at the desk for defense,
had to move back, couldn't control here,
and not formal guardian, yet,
and baliff comes and stops that?
idk in front of me in the back,
and maybe crying as it was going badly?
getting upset,...

But she's going to sue me for writing anything about it,
the judge stops that,
guess she will be doing

There's a way to see the capital and
Washing ton Monument from that floor,
a big glass atrium looking out over the courtyard
(ront of court and yard, but top level deck
berween building is a smokers area,
tehy get the best?
but smoke usually goes up,
not really used, one guy cleaning
and one guy asking me what the statue
was a fallen officer, / peace officer,
memorial in between,

There's a good view, i guess court people
could see the fireworks from the roof,
but i'm not privileged enough to do that,
wonder who is, likely the judges/ srout
people can court not in session holiday
MonDay, i'd had n office in PCY PEntagon City
and air conditioning and watch from there,
do some work, not bad viewing platform,
but worst would hav ebeen when 9/11
happened owuld have seen the crash badly,
smoke, etc likely evacuated and not see,

but is untrue, so a lie and could have

Complicated, and a very hot day,

to talk to me on the way back,
but i'm needing to be away from people,
and still day(s) of inspection(s)
ahead, plus holiday weekend, high heat,

Get food , prepared was there,
preifousl guy told by the office
nto got give me any food,
discrimination again,
said he didn't have any
while one in his hand,
moving around between bags,

I just left, was going out to a grocery store,
my vegetables and didn't get back for a long
while missing the end of it,

Some miss/ non commmunication
and other issues going on,
lied to, and gaslighting?
or what, idk uet,
but not immediately evicted
and other things to do,
besides getting all the few minutes
of what was said and happened down
completely, in the right sequence
basically correclty...
for some values of $correctly..

and that is just my side of thigns,
older writing(s) format would have
other LEnses/ perspectives,
but just writing off the internet
to a file, and not getting spell checking,
link lookup and other nicities,
so will see...

Blowback from writing about cases
in open rourt,
threats of being sued, and other issues,
but mostly down and tired,
stressed and doing this as therapy too,
medical records might be private,
sealed and protected, but putting stuff
up about an open/ pending case,
is risky, but the learning and how's
it going type updating those concerned,
nosy and other stuff,
worried kids, mostly,
can't say don't worry,
that wouldn't be accurate,
but at least some things to learn about,
court, procedures, process, etc...
other jargon i probably don't know,
decorum?

not wearing a hat/ b. Ears in court?
but why is a judge's robe allowed and not any
other identities? roles?

a very hierarchical and therefore difficult
if not dangrous place for me,
and likely others to be,
emoionally/ psychologically, etc...

Much less privacy, and various forms of
security...

But i digress
and third strike at least for
digressions, change of course/
writing path(s)....
