file name, so no surprise,
well some things leading up to it?

bought an Aldi 6.5 quart pressure cooker Air Fryer combo
discounted some at one store, and wanted to try,

so early am departure,
forgot vest went back for it.
and around another way,
as had moved some bags covering the back rack
underneath so my hands were dirty,
and rinsed them at the water fountain
and skipping a big hill, but long slow
high ground, ni next to no light,
didn't use my newish USB headlight
as too bright and difficult to point,
an on handlebar mount,
instead of old NiteRider headlamp
mounted on helmet but broken connection,
never fixed, but moved amongst helmet changes...
Been told I smell, so working on upgrading
old summer clothes, including shoes,
but oculd noly find 11 not 12
so another $35 or so for two slip on sneakers
that may not work out, i think you's supposed
to be able to run in sneakers,
basically gym clothes,
maybe the old converse, not for that,
basketBall and the trend toward specialized
use, soccer in Keds?
but some laziness perhaps
and virus after effects, touching shoes
and have to wash again,
and some other online/ tv show sales,
for accessiblity, leaning down to tie shoelaces,
and such, might be a problem for some
me in particular, Velcros and elastic
options instead, but not a great fit,
afaict...
Rode all the way out to LidlMcLean
checking the Farmers Market before
and still not doing EBT there
and don't seem to care being exclusive,
discriminating in a public park,
so might need to do an accessibility
thing, ADA law and excluded
all Farmers Markets tot take EBT
even if not matching and the same currency,
tokens across the jurisdiction,
pushed to try Lorton and that would not be
a good ride, downhill and long, starting
from here, instead of used to be in Mt. Vernon,
so much longer ride, have riden to Potomac Mills
soem time ago and took a commuter bus back
that went on the beltway/ i395 and dumped
at SpringField Metro?
And woman seemed to know me, but played
that guessing game from where,
turns out maybe family friend,
and some support but mostly just
walked/ rode away, doing a sure must
be nice/ old black man like voice
like segregation be able to eat all the way
out here...
And someone gave too much personal info
about me, after had suggsted many things,
mostly falling on deaf ears,
it seemed...
Went on to Lidl
and bought a lot,
backpack, trail one $40
a lot, but what i went for,
closer in had them but these in plastic bags
so maybe not opened and tried like closer in
stores...
And filled it up,
saw a discounted in ear sport ear buds
at 30% off which took the manager to
ring up as some problem(s) there
and says non food not the item,
and get home to find the box empty
no ear buds, some tips, no instructions
so do i file for that? and how?
missing what i wanted and had seen
elsewhere empty boxes, including headsets
previously written up, and getting uSD memory
cards for those, first try didnt' work,
opening even on old smartphone to put data
on it, and a usB to MircoSD card reader/writer,
and is that USB3.0? and at what price?
had to ask, at MicroCenter, sales guy
in the small parts, electronics section,
DIY/ like for burning a RPi ISO to SD/uSD,
and a food scale, taking the big one
with bowl has gotten old, as takes a bag
on the handlebar,
and smell, check if that's some old
lox i ate and leaked onto the mesh bag
on handlebar,
empty that and pile with laundry
but take that off...
and back on, as donig more than just
stay home on a holiday weekend
A long ride, but mayve not 50 miler,
into DC to volunteer with TBH
as short on SaturDay,
and many other issues...
At Aldi MerriField, near the iNoAV hospital
someone likely medical said i had my liver
killed by the injection, that's what she did,
it all fits, blurted out in public,
i guess some solve puzzles and i'm likely,
someone with experience around liver disease
may have known what it's like but to hear
that way... and others countered
with kids put the stink on him,
and other things,
trying to fiture it out,
laundry with diapers nearby
not running the dryer to kill bacteria
and air drying most of the loads,
bacteria grows, when dry might smell ok,b
but with all the sweat, warming up
and start stinking more,
backpack,
shoes,
helmet,
things that don't get washed,
like clohtes, and
also what else i'm a round,
taking out the trash,
and that place stinks, they don't
power wash and moving the dumpsters,
which also go up the vents,
and little rain, and not cleaning,
track it in, various ways,
even washing the hallway rugs,
and no A/C plus other things
possibles, too...
So trying to figure that out,
and bought a $2 pool flowing speaker,
not a toy they say, last one,
get it run up right at Aldi

Bright color but water resistant,

some use instead of a ding, bell,
horn, but for bunnies and deer
might not be good, espeically earl,
much less hearing heads up
from passing people, but packed that,
and a DVD to return to the library,
wondering on the way there,
or the way back, a long way to carry
it, but a big hill...
and going by a pond observation thin,
wandering a little on the pavement
and went off of it in the low light
and then see my arm going out,
wondering how it's the bright,
and that's going to hurt,
gloves on the bar ends holding
the rear view mirrors from flopping
around with velcros tabs,
previously used rubber bands but they
broke, and need to dry the gloves,
now very old, maybe get some new ones,
but low money and didn't make te last order
didn't even get all i did request,
one set of tubes and brief argument
over not getting an email about total cost,
as previuos part person had sent
a combined cost for all of the wholesale order,
but some tires too, thinner than hoped,
but not the really expensive ones,
for touring, even at around half price
wholesale...
So down i go, off a berm. and not corrected,
can't get back up. handlebars go all the way round
and stops immediately and my mass keeps going
onto pavement, near a pond in the dark,
blood verious places my knee,
left knuckles, righ wrist/ palm pad
and check the bike

Oddly took some photos, of the scne,

and backward, like i'd do in the light...

as thought of things,
still rattled, from the crash,
hurting and wondering how bad it is...
The shifter cable pulled off,
off the boss/ holding the housing
so no shifting on the chainring/
3 possible, one not getting to anyways,
lowest grannie gear,
for big climbs, but had let that go,
only getting it working on it
and the way home stopped working
a couple of tries...
Can't seem to pull it back on,
had twisted...
assorted things picked up,
mirror, and some scratch notice later
or a bad photo,
walked the bike up the hill
noticed some car(s0/ turck
cleaning crew for the local
bathrooms, past the dog park
and playground(s), near the pavillion
and bridge...
Someone mentioned deer,
and no bunnies to chear me up today,
so someone(s) knew me,
contractors/ someone(s) never saw
in the dark...
Went to the library,
cut through from one path to another
and now a deep ravine trench,
but covered in leaves,
so can't tell how deep,
and right hand problems,
stumbling there,
someone likely came back to check,
and have moved further,
rental bike again?
talk of kids and bullfrogs,
and other things going on...
oddly there was a beaten down part
nearby, like a deer had gone by,
into the pond?
and yelling fuck had scared off
a wounded anmial?
a dog loose from the park
early am and away from others,
pre dawn, or a stray looking for attention
and food, but a water bottle in thel ight
and wondering if that was what caused it,
someone looking for a ounded animal
a pavillion before the pond outbound
and a bike there, with backpack
said looking, i got a photo fo the water bottle,
wondering to a passerby if that was what i
hit/ caused the veer, but
didn't seem to be people around,
though might have started deer season
hunting/ culling/ and night vision
cameras in the park...

acdross two devices, left one home,
and considered going back for that,
etc...
Hobble home, and use old hydrogen peroxide
bottle, long since expired but nevero pened
as something to clean, disinfect the bloody
parts...

and had to go get that derogatory
report in person, injured,
with broken bike, CAptial Hill bikes
looked at the bike, but we didn't do anything..
Eventually building the dyno hub wheel
with a lot of help from VeloCityCoop
at the Arlandria Farmers Market
pop up clinic...
Went down may hav eeating a little,
but still rather tired,
stressed, and woke to someone in my place
female voice just need to check something,
don't get up, and looking into the crash,
had sent an email saying i'd crashed
to my sibling, and maybe response from that
but just FYI and coming in / over unannounced,
someone a personal injury lawyer,
and guessing an animal got loose,
charge is leaving the scense of an accident,
false report, etc...
going after someone agressively given who
was involved, and see online some trail attacks,
presumably sexual assaults, but no deatils,
as patch more ads than news teasers...
But do what you have to to use,but leave
the animal alone, it had lead them
to me, by smell? a donation to the shelter,
which had showed up at the CAFB
giving away pet food
and got a snooty he wouldn't even qualify
to have one of our animals from the younger
blond with attitude, disrespectul,
after saying they have a very low kill
rate, after i'd said i wanted it to be a no kill
shelter, and giving me something to write about...
But someone said had a DVD on the bag,
and the speaker looks like a tennis ball,
so maybe went for that, dangling
swaying and the dog knows me,
and other things,
someone had been nearby smoking
doing drugs in the park,
went to look for a rental bike,
and likely enjoying the problems,
had passed a smoking group of people
between buildings going out,
and someone had called and have record
ot that, so a team effort?
And a bunch of other things,
supposition or likely ,as some
may have witnessed it,
caused it and the attacks,
plus publisehd things about doing that
ride and when...
But other problems too as someone
causing and trying to take over things i do,
plus general poverty and panhandling
thinking their toll area, have to pay
to use a public trail as gang like
expoitation/ abuse/ threats, etc...
