afaict...

So so many things going on
and finished a box of Maple Leaf Cookies
includes/ contains Maply Sytup so it's got to be
good, but looking at the Aldi Benton's box
contents and it's below salt in the amount of it,
and the cream is mostly palm and other oils,
invert sugar, sugar around the Wheat ingredients,
and likely some other things, cakey type
pie crust cookie part, so will see,
sometimes, a lot of the time that bothers me,
like problems in my  throat, acid reflux
or something, but stopped ata maybe half box,
and had 3 remaining late in the day,
try to finish by the end of the day,
for some logging food reasons,
and crossing that time boundary...


But still on the Ride/ Flight?
and self harm or what other think it is/
was/ will be...

Some getting away was good,
but some bad, as took a lot out of me,
for days don't have the ability to do
other things, that may be more important,
according to others, than my health?

But i couldn't know that ahead of time,
could i? or do i have to doubt myself,
and fall into hte trap of what others
think i should do?

I've been treated as a slave,
some people deiced i was and started
buying and selling me, it has bee nsaid,
and they have investments, a white person
in a ghetto/ p(o/u)orgrams? and need protection
so that's a racket, and some people
with nothing better to do try to ride
you, make money off of you, and
likely leave you for dead...

Not unlike sports, and drugs,
we MAnage You, so we get profits
from your income/ what you bring in,
and we deal you like a slave/
following around and
selling you,
so we invested and getting our return on investment,
because it's work protecting you,
and you owe us...

already done? and somehting else,

and Glamour, HollyWood,
maybe some hired because black,
comments, of the MC?

But i digress into popularity,

The things i typically do don't get
positive recognition much,
and aren't the things one gets A's
for, like grading goes past school...

I am still on the beggars at the
trail head, a mom and daughter,
with a sign, and you need it more
than we do, like they aren't what they
seem and just learning about poverty,
say for religous reasons,
or teaching, just kidding about that
poor thing, we are waiting on our
Mercedes repair and needed something
to do, we have plenty,
and decided to learn how that works,
well a bunny eared biker,
largeley invisible, some call Harry
after the movie, went by
and maybe made them laugh,
not at, but hadn't seen one of those,
at least in person, might have had to read
for school or something,
but we are on a pilgrimage,
and thought we would take you for a ride...

But Bunnies don't read much,
and standingthere reading,
maybe cameras rolling nearby
like the News/ Caster
around Politics and PRose
along Connecticut,
and i couldn't get around,
didn't want to be in,
traffic nearby and blocking
behind the bus stop,
with a lamp/ light screen,
might have gotten wind problems,
and trying to say he's news worthy,
when stopped by someone,
i stood there for a while,
the two dogs and woman i'd
joked about sled dogs with blocks past
caught up with me, and i wasn't going
fast at all, slow up hill
and cold, only a HeatOut synthetic
and padding, helmet, and no ear HeadSet,
as broke that somehw, or someone else
did, fighting over it and broke the
back of it, the loop/ holds it together,
so maybe parts to FrankenSound it
together?

But it stinks/ white stuff on it,
likely sweat dries quickly and
collects on the bottom
which is what is visible around the neck,
and i haad packed a jacket liner,
second layer very old Columbia
multi color, the other part i didn't bring,
unless packed in the duffel
which has lost it's strap,
ad that got caught a while back
in the wheel, and broke the plastic
hook, so took that off,
and just lays there on top
of the rack which doesn't have
a top, and have bags, grocery
bags which rub against the wheel,
and slow me down...

I had gotten some of the grass?
stuck in the derailier geer/
cog/ something on the botton,
when oiling it,
but hadn't taken out the lock
which was what was heavyeset?
lifting the whold thing up high
on the stand in the park with lots
of people overseeing/ supervising
including a kid with dad
and likely others hanging around
a lot, in the sandbox and tube/
drainage pipe area,
a bike loop for kids,
and a pump without a handle
which never really works,
have to go do commercial,
but not open when i'd need it,
luckily i've bought my own,
replacing one likely stolen
if what i hear is correct...

storage already?

I'd collected several
some floor Bell on sale
at WalMart down in Alexandria
Route 1, say an end of year/
season sale, so had for awhile,
and smaller hand one,
carry around, but the
Lidl one got messed up
and let someone use it,
likely broke it
laughing about it,
as hates me i find out after,
and the kid overhead some of it,
walking down the ramp
while volunteerring or waiting to
and didn't happen so wasted trip,
guess you have to run things
or don't count...

But i'm tired and thinking
about things, perseverating some call it,
and stinkInThinkIn is really a
12Step term, jargon and saying,

but I'm not a drinkiner,
so might not apply
and misusing it for my own
purposes,

and had sone thinking
