A wiki is a good way to keep track of changes to a document, but Luddites

and others don't want to learn, plus the group doesn't work well enough,

given provider and family 'leadership', and no consumers left, after

they were not supported...

My Suggestion for Minutes, which never went into the official record...

I kept on thinking back to Joel's comment about having 6 more months

(i.e. extending) to complete what we start[e]d, and made the point

that we had [been] waiting on CSB execs decisions

(while supposedly consumer directed, though went unsaid),

for longer than 6 months...
