Acknowledgments

Ok, with that as a challenge,

the Easy Does It should

be easy for a newbie like little old me,

right?

All manual stuff?

Actually read the beginning chapters

on equipment, etc?

and see if bread maker is mentioned,

and/or maybe cheat and look at the index?

Taking the table of contents list

as a menu, strip the chocolates,

stick to easier, and find a few,

but note the others, in case I'm near

a photo copier, or suddenly have eBook

money burning a hole in my pocket(s),

and maybe continue learning throughout

the day, no donut breaks, notice

shorter spelling, see getting easier

already...

But I've recently also gotten

cinnamon raisin bagels,

wonder how those were made,

I happen to have some cinnamon,

it's easy,

I was even given some Pizza Dough

but it's dated, so there is a baking

challenge, use as starter?

or have to trash?

How long is dough good for anyway(s)?

And what is that Britishism

clingfilm?

Yeah. plastic wrap that stays where

it's stuck...

Covering for insects, maybe even air

tight and stops it's self (likely one word)

from getting too

ripe/done/ fermented with yeast?

Modified Text

Might eventually, get into trying some of the recipes...

Some techniques to try

Bagels

 poaches with boiling water

Crumpets

uses baking? soda to make the extra bubbled

wonder if nooks and crannies for English muffins is like that too?

and come to think of if, why aren't English muffins in here?

assumed all muffins are English, in a British Baking show?

Donuts

 in a specially shaped tin

(be on the look out (BOLO?) for one?

baked, not fried saves oil healthier, etc?)

Hot Cross Buns

the cross is sugar, so what's not to like?

could make some other pagan shapes?

Monkey Bread

get the pull apart stuff right?

Soda Bread

etc

What's Missing?

For me to try it,

money, supplies, equipment, energy and skills...

What Can Be Found?

interesting menu

eye candy

What Can Not Be Found?

diabetic coma?

hopefully

How To Analyze?

Lenses

Baker

Eater

I guess where it starts,

eating, then want when i want it,

and how it's made,

get good at self care,

but not so much that get fat?

Diabetic

Wonder if they have a section for what

sugar substitutes and that herasy (sp?)?

BadFoodie

Well, sweets are generally frowned upon,

by some...

GoodFoodie

Some basic skills in here,

and teaches/ has technical info on how to do it,

so might be a leg up from noob?

Writer

Well done, so some things to learn,

margins used well, for real time,

baking, prep time, and special tools,

ingredients

bolded some special terms

poach?

prove,

etc

for a glossary/ techniques section ?

Anglophile

Well, good stuff,

but love?

General Public

those Brits are nuts?

too much inbreeding?

Bad weather?

Stuck in

so might as well dry out

with an oven on

most of the time?

Assumptions

Sweets won't kill me.

Motivation to bake outweighs

some artificial sugar limitation(s)?

Using the granulated sugar,

is better than not using it,

and sitting there, tempting,

some rock candy experiment

gone wild...

Jawbreakers unite!?

Time Limits

Book borrowing time,

seasonal,

sweetness,

on a sugar run?

or avoiding doing anything serious after

BagCheckTheLineWoman2019

idk, but monkey business,

and said i had a recipe for MoneyBread,

and had to go find it, first place I looked,

likely not the only one in 30 books,

but will see, maybe...

Other seasonal recipes likely,

and more to do, always,

so fuel all that with an A1C blessed

HeartScreeningMinuteClinicsVoucher2019

approved sugar binge?

Or lay low and keep from freezing to death

with a nice warm laptop, aka

hand dryer running on my lap?

Conclusion

Summary of experience or similar

I generally avoid the sweets,

but interesting in how they are made,

a photo book with recipes,

tied to a TV show,

inspired by,

or whatever,

but may be good for more visual than

text people(s)...

Some interesting easier ones

Monkey Bread

What x,y,z Shall I Bake Today section

categorized helps

like eliminating chocolate

Classic Bakes

 Hot Cross Buns

 Challah

 (skip the poppy seeds)

For the BreakFast Table

 (would be good to know,

 for which meals,

 though i generally eat whenever

  might combine with weekend?)

Cinnamon and Raisin Bagels

(get raisins? learn to make bagels, would be fun?)

 Milk and Honey Loaf

   (get honey?)

 Muesli Round

 Pecan and Maple Spelt Loaf

(if had ingredients, plan and get for multiple uses,

pie mixes for pecans, spelt was at a farmer's market

and here's specific recipe to try with it, sometime?)

Toasted CocoNut Banana Bread

(rarely have ingredients, maybe set aside, and/or get?)

TeaTime Treats

(not really into tea, but some idears?)

Child Friendly

 (presumably eating mostly)

Fruity Breads

(like have some fruit to use up,

maybe Very Easy Apple and Cinnamon Buns

WeekEnd Projects

For Chocolate-Lovers

 (skip)

Nice use of margins for

times (prep, waiting/resting, baking, etc)

special equipment/tools,

could use

highlighting ingredients,

storage

Discussion

A place for feedback on the page presented

What's sweet about this?

What's British about this?

What's the difference between British and English?

Can you be baked off?

Why?

Why Not?

How easy is stuff for you?

 FoolProof is another naming challenge,

 say for disAbled,

so what you can't get a bread machine to do?

 is tough?

and/ or have the machine do part,

then have to take dough out, for instance)

 really only using for mixing

though a dough hook Tip up head mixer would do that

 maybe mostly for you?
