i got there later than usual
and beyond the stairs,
so line takes around 5 minutes

or door seal not good
and condensing,
icicles, etc...
some stuff frozen in,
and running water over things
warm / hot water to get ice off...

further than near the ice maker...
But no household pantry
staff and not making an appointment
for something like that,
basically no services,
no staff, and dodgy at that
