Came up list, while dealing with dad dying, physically moved into non SHOP, project based over 2 months and near birthday and elections, Thanksgiving, receiving an extension for background check for jurisdiction change, plus 5+ phone calls about a dog I don't have, just want, checked on an interest/visit form iirc, considered harassment, then first annual picnic threatened with poisoning by Apartment manager, detective, said it was a joke, no help there, vehicle tires screwed, on entry and exit, maintenance threatening, predatory people hanging around, vehicle totaled in parking lot, then trashed years later over $1k in plastics damage later Christmas night...
Fast forward several different staff (anyone paid to be here, ala Animal Farm and 1960's some pigs are more equal, I.e. supervisor(s), think special, but gang like threatening, take stuff), losing hundreds of square feet on each move, storage to keep papers, books, tech, etc

Pasting requires a text blurb to select, otherwise selecting somehow the outer parts of the screen,
also zooming to make the text of the entire page big, not font size, but magnifying...
SubstituteHere, i.e. paste in the text typed in the 140k+ FrontPage, because can't seem to highlight and AddLink the PageName...
Simple cut and paste and selecting, tablets not made for content creation,in the traditional sense, old skewl...
Selecting all other parts of the big input page, very small pane for entry, space bar not full size, keeps email length down, but so many typos..
Insanity producing, must just view commercial content...
And pay connect charges... (many tablets have carriers, almost $100/month, not the free(ish) LifeLine services disabled and poor get ala SafeLinkWireless, et. al.)
Boot LiveCD, takes a long booting time, going to DVD drive, not recognized in ReFIT, for a while to have a boot option, must load OS and apps from cdr/dvdr, so slow, and will wear out mechanical devices, eventually...
Making noise, and annoying.
Wifi, takes additional, non free (i.e. proprietary) drivers, which require reboot, losing the changes and can't use LiveCD that way, unless persistent on non CD/DVD media, like a USB stick, which I don't have the money for and making it is non trivial, given current tech, for most novices...
Library usage, shared, noisy, monitored, winblows, etc...
Monitored open wifi, so never sure what messages, pages, get edited, some seem weird, and other seem to verbally say what they think of what I am typing. But wifi name is ISP, and requires login, so honey potting that?
Wired connection tab broken, so might pull out. loosing all pages, stuff typed in.
Keyboard problems, half of the keyboard area is the touchpad, one big button mac type, so not a good entry, but maybe better than a tablet, will see, it has been about a month since my last confession, according to main FrontPage when I started tonight/ early am waking, effecting later day performance, and phone rang 4+ times in a row with an unknown caller, which was traced twice, others saying I have a shared line, people trying to share my utilities and space, subsidized, forcing roommates, and the like, but illegal....
Other attempts at disqualification, can work, because I can do a few things, then I'm inelligible, which is just another form of gimme that space, not great, but only what what I have, a literal translation of taking, i.e. stealing...
Election year, so attacks even worse, public airing of problems, and almost open confessional, here, some are thinking my life is more public than it is, some say I'm required or class material, but not knowing what classes, how it is used,, not sure, I'm not getting anything for it, that I can tell, all volunteer, maybe disability class? bad English skills? can you find all the typos, grammar problems in this page? gold stars for those who can, but only figuratively, can't find stars, not my job to correct others, and no one has shown up to me in person in years of this "blog" as the ffx co contracting officer called it,... not good PR for the county, region, and state, but also not useless, trash as the apartment and others seem to be treating me as...

Resident Meeting
Resident meeting, brought up all sorts of issues with the management company, they were just there to listen, and then switched to denying all sorts of problems, security, safety, etc...
Basically a bitching session, if done as a therapy or support group, after kept waiting 20 minutes or so, more interruptions for some locally cooked food, but expressing what is really gong on, instead of just covering up the problems, denying them, and then a conflicting person comes in and tries making an assignment of a watch caption, making personal information public, contact resident at this apartment for all your problems, we don't get paid for it, and police have been harassed out, according to rumors, so self policing works so well, /Sarcasm
Note taking in the meeting not happening, try taking photograph of the whiteboard, not seeing what was put on it, had to sign in, to be in the meeting, i.e. the poll tax tor attending, you would have to sign your image rights away to be a poster child for public housing, to attend, which seems illegal to me.
Next Resident's Meeting Canceled, Last Minute
So to resolve issues from the last meeting, go to the next one, on the 13th, a gang like day, find out when showered and ready to meet, no meeting, and no one else seemed to show up either...

so a guy smoking in the back, blatantly against the rules, a non smoking building despite some staff, former maintenance supervisor being one, at least goes to the curb or outside, possible security functions while doing that, but also, not a good example for the kids... nor 50 feet/ yards away, like a state hospital, and other health conscious places, many crowd around the doors, getting in the way or trying to jump the gate to get entry...
One person says we can't enforce, the other says it's against the lease, we can do something about it...
Contradictory, and crazy making, to say the least...
But it's a drug, and we/they are drug addicts, tough...
Coffee and cigarettes are some of the most difficult to stop, at least some people in detox think heroin, crack, pot, etc are not good for them, but to take away coffee and cigarettes? Cruelty, but most don't want to be another's ash can...

Posted flyer to inspect,
verbally told that I had passed by current maintenance supervisor,
with a lot of resident kids, a few adults and outgoing contract management as witnesses
Later, verbally told that that supervisor was fired/ let go...
Seemingly a long time to prepare, but just keeping up with the changes, and expecting all day waiting around for something that verbally doesn't match the written...
A week of vacation time, for most people, in August, when most are out of town, oppressively hot, to move stuff, so early morning and late evening only options, but then it is undercover and theoretically stealing, against rules or moving out without notice? Much less safety of doing things off hours,, when staff is not around, assuming they are not the problem...
Block Out a Week, We Want Snap Inspections
Thursday and Friday, no Friday and Monday, no all week, no all month, can't do anything else, volunteer stuff, stay sane, anything, must be subjugated to oppressive and nasty new management... Just do what we tell you attitude, similar elsewhere, low class management, perhaps... Discrimination likely...

How can one be inspected, if already failed?
Neighbors: Nosy and Otherwise
Others peering in while opening the door to get out, other times kids sneaking in while the door was open, running around, others saying that it's the supply closet/storehouse/play area and many think it's fine to just go in other people's places, comments of what I have, what I've been doing, I want that, you should have done x,y,z, etc...

Forced Services
The obvious solution, for other people, is to force services, but like a lot up here, likely not to help...
Basically, screwed over by services, we tried transforming, and it didn't help, friends/acquaintances died, others i.e. outsiders got hired, etc...
Ombuds program might have helped, required grievance process, etc...
But, alas, like my website component, gone to Network of Care, that was left out, while drop in centers, state hospital recovery services personnel and other paid providers were covered, well, while consumers required to do excessive paperwork (proposals, etc), change life, force off benefits, etc to be a success/ i.e. a real working person, likely impossible by definition, disabled can't work, at least not S.G.A....
So, if you are good at communicating, or even defending yourself from attacks, say you have to write, record, or have things in writing to get the details correct, but can't take nor use camera, recording, etc to meetings, appointments, legal aid, court, etc, then what?
Set up to fail? and/or require accommodations for trial?

So, somehow, possibly on my suggestion/ "send them home without pay" the apartment management company is changing, problems unheard, unaddressed, and change the players, well, seemingly, change the overhead? to some company with nothing else around?
But the same problem employees go apply to the new Management company, probably claiming that the problems weren't theirs, just the old company,..
She wanted to start fresh, I guess, just because she is new, giving more advantage to herself?

Typing size, fonts so small, I cannot really see the characters, some big and bold, but by the time I'm typing the text, around the menus for all the other stuff, "Describe your changes:", insert links, Wiki Pages & Files, Users, Settings, and which workspace, and URL, Tabs, and Tittle bar overhead, can't really get big size on the screen. 10 point probably isn't helping as normal, but too big a problem too...

So much more information, timeline of what happened, what is typical of the interactions with staff, institutional and local problems, lack of services, that work for consumers like me, etc...
Conclusion
Summary of experience or similar
Will see later, got one 21 31 notice before with the two companies involved, while at Geshundheit, they tried forcing me back from there, harassment like, while trying to deal with my loss of my father, in a medical/ educational environment, not really a hospital, it wasn't operating, but a safe space, somewhat for 4 weeks, I called it a month, about 4 years ago now in 20111? October... Coming up on the 5 year G!I anniversary, many probably real baby docs by now, almost graduated, if survived, heard some loss(es), likely a prof who was sick, and maybe a student/ wannabe med student, as well...
Probably old dog, on last legs then, still hanging on, I hope, but not suffering...
Interactions by some people, manglement, and other supposed supports, like ordering a guy in a wheelchair to walk, for the sick enjoyment of seeing him fall/fail...

Ever wake up to a "you move, you die"? When you are just in bed sleeping in underwear or less, haven't showered, etc, without glasses on, to see who/what is doing it? Or is it neighbors being raided?
Possibly drugged down, so you cannot wake? or defend yourself?
